I would like to claim Contract #19: Write a Photo Quiz in any For Children Subcategory, but all the photos need to be hand drawn. http://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/ForChildren/Geometry-For-Kids397711.html I'd like to point out that my quiz "Geometry For Kids" includes pictures I created using Mucrosoft Paint. I made certain to draw individual lines rather than use the easier pre-made shapes since I wanted to fulfill the spirit and the letter of the contract. For the next contract, I propose the following: Create a crossword puzzle in a category other than General where at least 80% of the answers are exactly four letters long. Reply #81. This is the second crossword contract I’ve been too slow to claim. At least this is getting me closer to my Crossword Author badge. Reply #87. May 21 19, 5:53 PM |

I feel your pain. I'm too slow. I'll have a look over the weekend and see what's on offer then. Reply #88. May 21 19, 6:02 PM |

Sorry, forgot to hand in another challenge - A 10Q MultiChoice quiz, with Pink and Madonna (not the rock stars) being central to at least 6 questions. Not a music or celebrity quiz please. Reply #90. May 22 19, 1:21 AM |

I'll claim #21 based on yesterday's Cuba bus stop. Kyle's original was in Geography, this is History. http://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/History/A-Brief-Cubic-History-Challenge-397732.html New contract (I'm expecting this one to gain a bit of value before it's claimed): Write a Movies match quiz in which all answers are movie titles AND a crossword in any category except Movies or General which must include all words from the quiz's answers. Both parts must be online to claim. (Note: ALL words. You may want to avoid movies with "I" or "a" in the title as they can't appear in crosswords) Reply #91. May 22 19, 4:06 AM |

Yeah, Windrush! Good crossword puzzle. (And I was able to complete it in hard mode--doesn't happen often enough. Yeah, extra points! :) ) Reply #92. May 22 19, 10:37 AM |

EDIT. In the new challenge there is an extra that may cause confusion: "I would like to claim Contract #28 - 6 or 7 points: Create a crossword puzzle that features at least five Xs and five Qs on the grid. (by bernie73) link http://www.funtrivia.com/crossword/play.cfm?gid=6426 Thanks Bernie New Challenge/ Construct a symmetrical crossword, any size, which uses at least five instances of every vowel twice though the same letter must not appear twice in any one word. Additionally the following consonants must appear at least once: Z Q X J K V I will ask Wes if he could make the same change in the header. I apologise if I I have caused confusion Reply #94. Changed - it looked weird to me, but I wasn't sure whether you meant to actually use the vowel twice, i.e. as a crossing letter. Reply #95. May 23 19, 10:46 AM |

Liz, I had a clarification question about Contract #25 and thought I might as well post it here. When you say Spanish city, do you mean a city that is part of the country of Spain such as Barcelona or do you mean a city that is predominantly Spanish-speaking or has a strong Spanish component to its heritage such as Veracruz, Mexico or San Juan, Puerto Rico? Good question. I meant a city in Spain, in this case. Reply #97. May 23 19, 11:28 AM |
