Who did the voice of the female dog in the "Married With Children" episode "Look Who's Barking"?

There does not seem to be a credit for the female dog's voice. I have checked different sites and no one seems to know, although there has been a few guesses. The one I agree with is that the voice is Catherine O'Hara.

I actually did watch the episode and I do think it was her. She has a fairly distinctive voice and if you listen to the dialogue, it surely seems to match her voice. In her early career she did voice-overs for different cartoons and did continue this work throughout her career.
