Answer: Westworld

As in so many movies based on Michael Crichton's books or scripts ("Jurassic Park", "The Terminal Man", "The Andromeda Strain"), when you rely too much on technology, things can always go 'worng' (and, yes, that's how the movie people spelled the word in the tagline). In this particular case, animatronic robots, at the world's most fantastic amusement park, developed a nasty glitch that caused them to start slaughtering the guests. Richard Benjamin and James Brolin tried to escape, but Yul Brynner (as the Gunslinger) preferred that they draw... and die.

In "Sleepy Hollow", Tim Burton's interpretation of Washington Irving's short story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", the villain was the Headless Horseman (Christopher Walken). The 'shower', of course, referred to one of the iconic film moments in history--Janet Leigh's (Anne Heche's, in the remake) murder at the Bates Motel while she was washing off the road dust, by a shadowy figure with a big knife. The '98 remake, by Gus Van Sant, was a shot-for-shot recreation of Alfred Hitchcock's original masterpiece, with Vince Vaughn replacing Tony Perkins as Norman Bates. It was savaged by the critics, but broke even at the box office.

"Ferris Bueller's Day Off" concerns the title character (played by Matthew Broderick), his girlfriend and his best friend Cameron skipping school so as to have one final great day before they all head off to different universities. They see a Cubs game, eat at a fancy restaurant, go to the Sears Tower and avoid the Javert-like investigations of the Dean of Students.

"Don't ask how they do it, ask why?" refers to the fact that Harry (the main character) killed his wife in a guillotine when he was doing a magic trick. Now, a few years later, he and his stage partner are entering a magic competition. However they are forced spilt up and do their act with different people. But Harry ends up doing the same act that killed his wife. Can he pull it off without disaster? You wonder why he does the same trick again, as it becomes clear he is unable to cope with doing it.

"Juno" (2007) stars Ellen Page, Jennifer Garner, Jason Bateman and Michael Cera. The movie is about Juno, (Page) a 16 year old girl, who becomes pregnant, and instead of having an abortion, she's giving the baby away to Mark and Vanessa Loring. Will adoption prove to be too hard? The tagline represents the bump on Juno's stomach because she is pregnant, and we watch as she grows with it. Is the symbolic message that we also deal with the bumps on the road through life?

Answer: Airplane

The movie "Airplane" stars Robert Hays, and is a spoof of the movie "Airport". Hays falls in love with a stewardess and flies on her plane, but then the captains all succumb to food poisoning, and it is up to Hays to land the plane. The tagline refers to the airplane. Hays is not a very good pilot, and since he is so inexperienced, the plane is probably going to be more prone to crashing.

"A Clockwork Orange" is an extremely powerful, and confronting film, directed by Stanley Kubrick. The film stars Malcolm McDowell, as Alexander (Alex) de Large, a young ruthless hoodlum, who is jailed for murder. He then volunteers himself, for an experimental brainwashing treatment, to reform criminals. If he completes the treatment, he will receive a shorter sentence. The tag line describes the things that the pre-cured Alex enjoys. It is a good fit for the movie because it fully prepares the viewer for what the movie is going to contain. It explains the main character of the film and is simple yet effective.

'Speed' sees SWAT officer Jack Traven (Keanu Reeves) and passenger Annie (Sandra Bullock) trying to keep a bomb-rigged bus above 50 mph in Los Angeles. If the bus drops below that speed, it will explode.
