In "Arthur" (1981), Dudley Moore stars as the titular character, Arthur Bach, an alcoholic who must choose between love and money. He will inherit a fortune if he accepts an arranged marriage with a rich woman he does not love (portrayed by Jill Eikenberry), or he can reject his conditional inheritance and choose the common working class shoplifter from Queens (Liza Minnelli) whom he loves.

"Despicable Me" was released on July 9, 2010. It is about an evil man named Gru, who adopts three little girls to use as part of his master scheme to steal the moon. However, he ends up realizing he loves these girls and eventually becomes a "good guy".

Answer: Battlefield Earth

The Psychlos were the dreadlocked alien overlords that had nearly exterminated all humans on Earth by the year 3000. John Travolta did some serious scenery-chewing in this vanity project that many consider the worst movie ever made. The book the movie was based on was by pulp author L. Ron Hubbard--that's right, the guy who founded Scientology, of which church Travolta is a member.

No one 'went Psychlo'--it made only $29 million worldwide, and cost $95 million to produce and market.

Answer: A Bug's Life

"A Bug's Life" or "a bug's life" (the movie's title on the posters had no capital letters) was the story of a colony of ants trying to resist the depredations of a bunch of extortionist grasshoppers, led by the sinister Hopper (voiced by Kevin Spacey). Hero Flik (Dave Foley) hired a group of circus performer insects, thinking that they were mercenary warriors (shades of "The Seven Samurai"), and wackiness (and love) ensued. As epics go, "A Bug's Life" was a lot of fun in spite of the 'miniature proportions' of its heroes.

The conceit of "Groundhog Day" was that television weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray), an unpleasant fellow, must live Groundhog Day repeatedly, while stuck in Punxsutawney for the festival. He took advantage of the repetition at first (he remembered what happened the day before, the townspeople didn't), but eventually became suicidal (and couldn't kill himself). Eventually, though, he decided to use the opportunity to become a better person.

Answer: Flash Gordon

The question in "Flash Gordon"s tagline is asked by Ming, who is slowly destroying the Earth for amusement. It's up to Dr. Hans Zarkoff (Topol) and star quarterback Flash (Sam J. Jones) to fly an experimental rocket ship to Mongo and save the day.

The movie features a young Timothy Dalton (pre-James Bond) as Prince Barin, and Max von Sydow as the scenery-chomping Ming the Merciless. It's a fun film, even though now it's mostly remembered for its soundtrack (by Queen).

Answer: The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor

"A New Evil Awakens" refers to the fact that in the Far East some people released a mummy by accident, but it is the mummy of the first Emperor of Qin- the most evil emperor ever lived. He was cursed by a witch centuries ago, but now he's free to rule the world again. Will they be able to stop him before he takes over the world? It stars Brendan Fraser and Jet Li.

Answer: The Simpson's Movie

"The Simpson's Movie" stars the classic TV family, the Simpsons. Follow Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie as they escape from the law after getting out of the bubble that trapped them in Springfield. Will Homer's bad choices be pushed aside so he can be a hero? The tagline is basically saying that the Simpson's family is so messed up, you have to feel better about your own seeing all the crazy things they do!

Answer: Goldfinger

"Goldfinger" stars Sean Connery, and is the third James Bond movie. In this movie, 007 investigates Auric Goldfinger, and uncovers a plot to contaminate the world's supply of gold. The tagline shows how James Bond is able to mix danger, business, and thrills with girls because really, anything to do with James Bond has to do with girls since he is such a ladies' man.

Answer: Saw

Immensely graphic, extremely violent and ultimately gripping are the best ways to describe "Saw". When two men, Adam (Leigh Whannell), and Dr. Lawrence Gordon (Cary Elwes), wake up in the cell of a serial killer, they have no recollection of how they got there, or how long they had been there for. To make matters worse, there is a dead body lying between them, and they are handcuffed to pipes. The two must then find a way to escape, and save the Doctor's family, who have been kidnapped by the killer. The tag line relates to the sickening ultimatums that the killer forces upon his victims. It is a good fit for the movie because it gives the audience an idea of what to expect from the film.

'Twister' has storm chasers Jo (Helen Hunt) and Bill (Bill Paxton) trying to launch a new weather measuring device called Dorothy which could be used to create a more sophisticated advanced warning system.

Answer: Collateral

This is one of the rare films where you'll see Tom Cruise playing a bad guy. Who doesn't love a bad Tom Cruise? He plays Vincent, an assassin who takes a ride in a cab, driven by Max (Jaime Foxx). Max drives Vincent around all night, making his stops, and trying to figure out a way to save the last person, and himself.

Answer: Zoolander

Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Christine Taylor (Ben Stiller's wife at the time the movie was made), and Will Ferrell star in this crazy 2001 comedy. Ben Stiller plays a clueless male model, who is brainwashed to kill the Malaysian Prime Minister.

A vampire tells a reporter the story of his adventures as one of the undead, and his friendship with Lestat, the vampire who turned him into one, 200 years ago. Based on the popular horror novel by Anne Rice and starring Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Antonio Banderas. The film was directed by Neil Jordan in 1993. "Queen of the Damned", released in 2002, continued the adventures of the vampire Lestat.

'Sweet Home Alabama' is a 2002 blockbuster film about a novice fashion designer who returns home to get a divorce from her husband so she can marry another man. 'Sweet Home Alabama' stars Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey, Candice Bergen and Josh Lucas.

Answer: Space Cowboys

Another tagline is "Boys will be boys." This flick got laughs from the pains and limitations of older men trying to come back to their previous astronaut glory. Other candidates for prostate trouble included Tommy Lee Jones, James Cromwell, and William Devane. Eastwood directed.

Answer: The Recruit

This is an action movie starring Al Pacino and Colin Farrell is about a CIA trainee asked to help find a mole in the Agency.

Answer: Wag the Dog

Two of Hollywood's best actors co-starred in this 1997 movie: Dustin Hoffman as the producer and Robert De Niro as the spin-doctor. Woody Harrelson as a crazy convict was also an interesting touch. Hoffman and De Niro had already appeared together in "Sleepers" in 1996.
