Their names are Gabriel, Thomas, Samuel, Nathan, William, Margaret, and Susan. He has to manage all seven kids by himself because his wife is dead. He does have Abigale, the slave, to help him, though.
There is an unconfirmed suggestion that he may have fathered another child with Abigail.

Answer: Samuel and Nathan

It couldn't have been Gaberiel and Nathan because Gabriel was captured. It couldn't have been Samuel and Thomas because Thomas was dead. It couldn't have been Gabriel and Thomas because one was dead and the other was captured.
40 In the scene where Martin and his two sons rescue Gabriel, how many Red Coats does Martin kill with his tomahawk?
Answer: Seven

After he killed six men with the tomahawk, there was only one soldier left and he started running away. Ben retrieved the tomahawk from the man's forehead (who he had killed just moments before) and threw it at the running soldier. The tomahawk hit him in the back, and Ben ran up to the soldier (who I don't think was dead yet). He ripped the tomahawk out of the man's back and started chopping at the British soldier. He was very mad that Colonel Tavington had killed Thomas, who was Benjamin's other son, just one scene back, and he took his anger out on that one soldier.
41 What was the name of Gabriel's wife?
Answer: Anne

When Gabriel was little, he put black ink on Anne's teeth. Her teeth were black for a month. She got him back later, by doing the same thing to him. Sadly, while Gabriel was away in battle, Anne was locked in a church along with other civilians. The church was then burned by the British.

After Colonel Tavington orders Gabriel to be taken into custody so he can be hanged for treason, Thomas tries to set him free by fighting the British. This results in Colonel Tavington shooting Thomas in the chest, which Thomas doesn't survive.
Towards the end of the movie, after Anne is burnt inside the church, Gabriel sets out after the Dragoons to get revenge. Gabriel does shoot Colonel Tavington but the wound isn't fatal. Gabriel then goes to stab Tavington but gets stabbed himself, resulting in a fatal wound in the stomach.
48 Why is Lord Cornwallis unhappy with Colonel Tavington?
Answer: Tavington uses brutal tactics.

Quote from Cornwallis: "You serve me and the manner in which you serve me, reflects upon me!"

According to Cornwallis, King George of England isn't just interested in victory but also the way the war is fought. Therefore, Tavington's brutal tactics had to stop. Tavington kills everyone who stands in his way and burns down numerous buildings in order to succeed. During battles, Tavington plays his own game and doesn't wait for Cornwallis' order.
