76 Who kills General Grievous?
Answer: Obi-Wan Kenobi

After the death of Darth Tyranus, General Grievous becomes the leader of the Separatist Droid Army. Obi-Wan is dispatched to find and kill Grievous, as the Separatist movement will likely fall apart without the leadership of Grievous. At the end of a terrific fight, Obi-Wan shoots the half-alien, half droid in the heart multiple times with a blaster.

Interesting side note: General Grievous is the only non-Jedi, non-Sith to wield a light saber in combat.
trivia question Quick Question
Who was the dark lord of the Sith that allegedly was able to save people from death?

77 In this movie, what body parts of Darth Vader are cut off?
Answer: left arm and both legs

Initially, I thought he just lost both legs but on closer watch, I realize this is wrong. Anakin loses his right hand near the end of the second movie, during his fight with Count Dooku. In this movie, Obi-Wan adds to his injuries by cutting off both his legs from thigh down, and his left arm (seen clearly when he's lying down on a medical transport, burned black). As Darth Vader slowly slides nearer the lava, his stump legs catch on fire and he burns. In the end, all his extremeties have been cut which will be replaced by robotic arms and legs. This is why he has to wear the black helmet and suit - the trademark costume for Darth Vader.
78 The ending sequence of the movie is a sequence of sorrowful events that exhibit how much the galaxy has changed in the course of only a few days. What is not seen?
Answer: Surviving Jedi prisoners being executed

Greeted by Governor Tarkin on the bridge of a star destroyer, Vader, now encased in life support armour, and his master view the construction of a weapon first imagined by the Geonosians in "Attack of the Clones". This weapon would later become known as the Death Star. Meanwhile on Naboo, Padme's body is led in a somber procession as she holds the very gift Anakin once gave to her so many years ago. As one speck of hope at the bottom of the box, Obi-Wan delivers Anakin's son Luke to the Larses on Tatooine, who watch the binary sunset.
79 Which fight never occured?
Answer: Mace Windu vs. Asajj Ventress

The first duel seen was Anakin vs. Dooku, which Anakin won swiftly. Next was Obi-Wan vs. Grievous, which Kenobi won. Finally, near the end of the movie, Yoda dueled Darth Sidious in the Senate Chamber. Yoda attempted to remove Sidious before he could corrupt the galaxy, but was unsuccessful, and went into hiding on Dagobah.

Asajj Ventress was a student of Dooku's during the Clone Wars and wielded a pair of red lightsabers. She was seen in both TV series revolving around the Clone Wars, and in many books, but not in the live-action movies themselves.
80 Who figured out how to come back from the dead and communicate?
Answer: Qui-Gon Jinn

Obi-Wan went back to Tatooine to give baby Luke to Beru and Owen Lars to raise. Yoda told him that during his long stay there, he would be able to talk to his old master, Qui-Gon Jinn. It was interesting that the Jedi knew that but the Emperor did not. That was the false promise that helped sway Anakin to the Dark Side.
81 In a scene deleted from the movie which Jedi was killed?
Answer: Shaak Ti

In the scene, which was set during the Battle of Coruscant, Anakin and Obi-Wan were onboard General Grievous's capital ship and were using Shaak Ti's homing beacon to track down Palpatine. However, they encountered Shaak Ti who had been captured by General Grievous. Having lured Obi-Wan and Anakin, Grievous then killed Shaak Ti. Since this scene was deleted the death was not counted as "Star Wars" canon. It was revealed in the novelisation of the movie that Shaak Ti survived, at least until the issuing of Order 66.
82 Who is the last character to speak in "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith"?
Answer: C-3PO

The last character to speak in "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" is also the first character to speak in "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope", none other then C-3PO. He says, "Oh, no."
83 What was the name given by Padme to her daughter?
Answer: Leia

Originally supposed to be Leia Skywalker, Leia was adopted by Senator Organa, so when we next see her in Episode 4-6 as a young lady, she's known as Princess Leia Organa. Although it wasn't explicitly stated in the movie, I assume Senator Organa and his wife lived in Alderaan and not Naboo since, in episode 4, Leia says that's her home planet.
84 What are Younglings?
Answer: Very young Jedi in training, usually trained in groups by Master Yoda

Yoda is generally the one who trains Younglings in the prequel movies. They generally appear to be of a pre-school to kindergarten age. (Much younger than Anakin was when he began the training.)

In Anakin's first act as Darth Vader, he leads an army of clones to the Jedi Temple to destroy all the Jedi there. Anakin discovers a group of Younglings hiding in the Jedi Council chamber, and kills them all.
85 How many members of the Jedi Council survived 'Episode III' in the movie? Be careful.
Answer: 3

Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi were both able to survive order 66. Anakin Skywalker was named to the council at the beginning of the movie, so he was the third member of the council to survive.
86 At one point in the movie, Obi-Wan uses a blaster instead of a light saber. Afterward, what does he call the weapon?
Answer: "...uncivilized"

Obi-Wan is forced to use a blaster to kill Grievous, as he lost his light saber while chasing after him. The fight starts with Grievous using four light sabers, against Kenobi's one (Grievous has more than two limbs that function as arms). By the end of the fight and chase, neither of them possesses a light saber, and Obi-Wan is forced to resort to alternate means. After killing General Grievous, Master Kenobi is obviously utterly put off by the device, and tosses it aside.
87 In the first half-hour of the movie, Anakin has once again saved Obi-Wan's life. How many times does Obi-Wan say that Anakin has saved his life?
Answer: nine

Anakin says that Obi-wan owes him, since he has saved Obi-Wan's life ten times. Obi-Wan replies that it was only nine since one of the incidents didn't count.
