The four Jedi - Mace, Agen Kit and Saesee - went to confront Palpatine when Anakin revealed to Mace that the Supreme Chancellor was the second Dark Lord of the Sith. Agen was the Zabrak and only Jedi with a blue lightsaber (Mace had a purple one and Kit and Saesee had green) as well as the first of the four to die.

Answer: Right eye

Other changes in Anakin since "Attack of the Clones" were his elevation from Padawan to Jedi Knight which had resulted the disappearance of his braid. Anakin's hair was also noticably longer and his skeletal gold hand had been replaced with a black mechanical one. According to the expanded "Star Wars Universe" Anakin received the scar in a lightsaber duel with Dark Jedi Asajj Ventress.

Master Vos was mentioned by Obi-Wan in the war room, in the scene following Anakin's council with Yoda. Although initially intended to be featured in the movie, Vos did not appear in person but rather was mentioned. Vos's former Padawan, Aayla Secura, was featured in "Revenge of the Sith" as the Twi'lek who was shot following Order 66, as well as in "Attack of the Clones" where she was one of the Jedi in the Geonosian arena.

Answer: A kitchen sink

The object could be seen clearly in the film, as it flew out from a stricken ship just after Anakin and Obi-Wan flew through another explosion, as its path was kept in focus. Its exact nature was not evident (even in a 4x zoom) yet in the DVD commentary for the film both John Knoll and George Lucas identified the object as a kitchen sink.

Answer: China

When designing the landscape for the Wookiee homeworld, it was apparently decided that some real scenery needed to be incorporated, to make the planet more special. A member of the team that made "Revenge of the Sith" was consequently sent out to China to take some photographs.

This information was revealed in the DVD commentary to "Revenge of the Sith", during the first shots of Kashyyyk.

Answer: Ki-Adi-Mundi

Obi-Wan was the first Jedi seen being fired at by the clones on Utapau, but of course he survived the assualt. So the first death to be seen after Order 66 was the Cerean Jedi Ki-Adi-Mundi's. He could be identified by his extended forehead and white beard.

Answer: Piece of heavy machinery

Obi-Wan initially used a lightsaber, removing two of Grievous's hands before the General tried to escape. Obi-Wan lost his lightsaber as Grievous started off in his wheeled vehicle. During the chase, with Obi-Wan riding a giant lizard, Kenobi appropriated an electrostaff from Grievous and later killed the Separatist military leader with a blaster, having ignited the heart of the alien. Obi-Wan dropped a piece of heavy machinery on top of Grievous's bodyguards and this destroyed all but one which he quickly beheaded.

Answer: In the Galactic Opera House

George Lucas made a cameo as a blue skinned alien in the corridor of the Galactic Opera House, to the left of the shot before the scene cut to Palpatine's box. He was accompanied in the shot by his two daughters: Amanda and Katie Lucas.

Answer: Green and grey

The starfighter initially used by Anakin was yellow and grey but was lost in the Battle of Coruscant as it was stuck in the hangar bay of General Grievous's flagship. The second starfighter was seen in "Revenge of the Sith" when Anakin went to Padme's apartment after the massacre at the Jedi Temple and before going to Mustafar. The starfighter in both cases was accompanied by R2-D2.

Answer: Shaak Ti

In the scene, which was set during the Battle of Coruscant, Anakin and Obi-Wan were onboard General Grievous's capital ship and were using Shaak Ti's homing beacon to track down Palpatine. However, they encountered Shaak Ti who had been captured by General Grievous. Having lured Obi-Wan and Anakin, Grievous then killed Shaak Ti. Since this scene was deleted the death was not counted as "Star Wars" canon.

It was revealed in the novelisation of the movie that Shaak Ti survived, at least until the issuing of Order 66.
