Answer: Roar

The boy's name isn't mentioned in the film but he was cast as Butter Pants. Butter Pants comes across as a spoilt boy whose father will do anything for him, including asking Shrek to do his famous ogre roar. After many annoyances (including Butter Pants, it has to be said) Shrek finally roars, silencing the whole room momentarily. The voice of Butter Pants is done by Mike Mitchell, an American actor and animator.

Answer: the birthday of their children

By this point in time, Shrek is starting to feel overly domestic and very much un-ogre like. His home is on a coach tour where the tour guide talks about how people used to be afraid of him. People ask him to autograph their pitchforks, which they once used to try and chase him away.
At the party an annoying child keeps pushing Shrek to "do the roar" and when Shrek finally does, people laugh and applaud rather than show fear. The birthday party has a cake (which the three pigs eat) that has a cartoonish picture of an ogre on it, which also offends Shrek. After the pigs eat the cake, Puss in Boots finds a second one. This angers Shrek and he smashes it. Fiona tries to talk to him but isn't terribly sympathetic about his attitude on their children's birthday.

Answer: Gives a speech that he's a soon-to-be king

Shrek informs Arthur that he will be a king, and he is the heir to the throne. Arthur is excited about this, and brags to his high school peers, who treat him badly, as he is leaving.

The Queen bashes her head against the stone wall of their prison, breaking a huge hole through it. When Fiona looks shocked, the Queen comments that Fiona didn't get her fighting skills from her father. It is then pointed out that there is a second wall to break through and the Queen disposes of it in the same manner, but looks a little punch drunk afterwards.
The Queen is voiced by Julie Andrews.

On his deathbed, just before he croaks, the King tells Shrek that he is next in line for the throne and will make a fine king. Shrek is not thrilled at the idea and is anxious to know if there is anyone else who could do the job. The King advises him of one other, and dies, after saying that he is sure that Shrek will do what is best.

Ms. Andrews is no stranger to playing royalty, having played, or given voice to royal figures three times before 'Shrek 2'.
