151 Scotland finished fourth in their qualifying group for the 2016 UEFA European Championship, behind Germany, Poland and Republic of Ireland. Which team, making their debut in a qualifying campaign, were also in this group?
Answer: Gibraltar

The 2016 European Championship saw the total number of qualified teams increase from 16 to 24 for the first time, meaning the top two teams in each group qualified, with the third place teams entering into a play-off round. Scotland lost only three games, twice to group winners (and 2014 World Cup winners) Germany, and away to Georgia. Unfortunately, they drew four games and because of this they finished fourth in the group. To add insult to injury, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland would all go on to qualify for the tournament, meaning Scotland were the only 'home nation' not involved.
