Mike Brady is a character played by Robert Reed in the American sitcom "The Brady Bunch". The show was first aired on September 26, 1969, and ran until March 8, 1974. There were 117 episodes spread over five seasons.
The storyline is centred around the Brady family. Mike Brady is an architect and family man who is bringing up his sons Greg, Peter, and the youngest, Bobby. Mike is a widower and just gets on with his life. One day he meets a woman called Carol who is also a widow and has three children of her own: Marcia, Jan, and the youngest, Cindy. Mike and Carol eventually get married, and they all live together in a big house with a housekeeper called Alice Nelson.
The show deals with teenage problems, sibling rivalry, and everyday problems with a large family. It all works out in the end as they get to know each other and learn how to love each other.
