Answer: It's In The Bag
The contestant has to correctly match up the five products and prices, and leave the sixth grocery item out, as it does not match up to the five prices. The game is set up so only one product matches up with one price; there is only one winning combination. When the contestant thinks they have matched up correctly, the host reveals the first item. If it was correctly matched, the contestant wins $1,000. The contestant can decide to walk with the money, or keep going. After each correct pairing, the winnings total doubles ($2,000, $4,000 up to $16,000 for all five). If one is wrong, the player loses everything.

Bob did not originally say "Help control the pet population; have your pets spayed or neutered". This began in 1982 shortly after his wife, Dorothy Jo, passed away. Even though, it was only occasionally he said that phrase; it would be years later before he said it at the conclusion of every single show.
When his wife died, Bob became an animal rights advocate. He would also have pet adoption segments on the show where Bob would have pets (almost always dogs) on the show that would need to be adopted.

Answer: Punch a Bunch
In Punch-a-Bunch, the contestant is first shown four items, and they have to determine if the actual retail value is more or less than a given price. For each time, they are correct, they win a punch on the 5x10 punchboard. Behind each hole is a slit of paper with a prize amount, anywhere from $1 to the top prize of $25,000. The host reveals the prize one at a time, and the contestant can choose to leave with the amount on the paper, or try their luck on the next hole. A contestant can only win the money from one hole, they aren't tallied up. A few holes have "Second Chance" pieces, where contestants can punch another hole to see what is behind there.

Answer: Punch-a-bunch
It is a common misconception to believe that Punchboard is just as official as Punch-a-bunch. This common misconception came from the original design for Punch-a-bunch. On that design, Punch-a-bunch was rarely seen on TV and all that was shown were 10 holes with the letters p, u, n, c, h, b, o, a, r, and d printed on the front.

Answer: $10,000
The Big Wheel debuted in 1975, and the rules stated that if a contestant spun $1 in one spin or a combination of two spins, the contestant would get $1,000. However, there would not be any bonus spin until three years later in 1978. When the bonus spin began, if a contestant spun $0.05 or $0.15 in a single spin, the contestant would get a $5,000 bonus, but if the contestant spun $1.00 in a single spin, the contestant would get a $10,000 bonus.
Starting in 2008, the $0.05 and the $0.15 would award a contestant $10,000 and the $1 would award a contestant $25,000.

Answer: Car
In "Any Number", the host would reveal the first digit in the price of the car, and then introduce a three digit price, and a three digit cash amount (the first digit being dollars, and the other two in cents). With the ten empty spots, the contestant has to guess the digits from 0-9, and when the price of one of the three prizes is full, the contestant walks with that prize. In the early days of the show, car prices were only four numbers (remember, then?), the first number was not revealed, and the contestant had to start guessing from the start.

From Quiz: Are You a Loyal Friend and True?
Answer: any amount
In the "Card Game", the prize is usually a car. Aces are wild and can be made into anything the contestant wants. Just so long as they don't go over. They can get within a dollar amount previously drawn at the beginning of the game. A dollar amount $2500 is a sure bet. Face cards are $1000 and the other cards are of their value in $100 increments. For example, if the contestant pulls a 5 of diamonds, they add $500 to the total on the bid they are going for.

This game definitely ranks high on the "Most hated" pricing games of many fans. It is a very dull game that requires the contestant to pick a number to fill in a blank spot in the price of the prize they're playing for. The rest of the answers are three other less-than-spectacular games.

Answer: Bob Barker
In April 2009, Bob made his first return to "The Price is Right" where he promoted his book "Priceless Memories" which was the story of his life. His appearance was near the end of the show, during the Showcases; in fact, both showcases were centered around his book. In the first showcase there was a computer (representing how they can get a book), a trip to New York (in case they didn't want to wait for the book to come by mail as it would if it was brought on a computer), and a car (a way to go to a bookstore to get as many books as possible). In the second showcase, it was about how they might read Bob's book. You could read a book on a plane ride (which was a trip to Cabo San Lucas) or in a place that is very special to them (which was a private yacht).
Not only were the showcases based on "Priceless Memories", but Bob announced that everybody in the audience would receive a copy of his book!

From Quiz: "The Price is Right" Exam
Answer: It determined who will play a pricing game.
After contestants are called to "come on down", an item was shown and the four contestants are asked to bid on it, and the one who bid closest to the actual retail price without going over won the item and came on stage to play a pricing game.
When "The Price is Right" debuted, the readout displays were all brown and an asterisk was shown who won the item up for bid. In 1975, the displays were changed with each display getting its own color. From left to right, the colors were red, green, yellow, and blue. The asterisk was no longer shown on the winner's display. In 1981, the green and blue displays switched places, meaning the order was now red, blue, yellow, and green.
