Rosalynn and President Jimmy Carter were married for seventy-seven years! The key to lasting that long, Rosalynn said "First of all, choose the right person to marry". In her later years, Rosalynn and her husband led the way in the Habitat For Humanity charity and personally helped in the building of countless homes for those in need.

She passed away at the age of 96 in Plains, Georgia.
2. "Margaritaville", Key West, American Singer

Born on Christmas Day in 1946, Jimmy Buffett was a beloved musician famous for his hit songs "Come Monday", "A Pirate Looks At Forty", and, of course, "Margaritaville". Jimmy moved to Key West, Florida, in the early 1970s and built a career out of island themed songs. Fans of his music flocked to his concerts and named themselves Parrotheads in tribute to Jimmy.

He died at the age of 76.

She lost her battle with cancer in 2023.

The beloved game show host of "The Price Is Right" from 1972 to 2007, Bob was a fixture on TV where contestants famously would "come on down" to take their chance at winning prizes by guessing the closest price of everyday items like washing machines and televisions. Mr. Barker was also known for being a major advocate for animal rights. Younger generations will remember Bob Barker for a hilarious fight scene in the Adam Sandler film, "Happy Gilmore".

In the world of professional poker, Doyle Brunson is one of the original legends of the game. The Texas native was the first player to win over one million dollars in poker tournament winnings. He became a member of the Poker Hall of Fame, wrote multiple poker strategy books, and was a two-time winner of the World Series of Poker Main Event. Five time World Series of Poker champion, Scotty Nguyen described Doyle as "the man, the myth, the legend, the godfather of poker!"

Immortalized in the film, "What's Love Got To Do With It", starring Angela Bassett, Tina Turner left an indelible mark on the rock and roll scene. Beginning with her career with husband Ike Turner, Tina saw a huge resurgence in the 1980s with her "Private Dancer" album.

In 1991, Tina was honored to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame with her former husband and then in 2021 was inducted again as a solo artist. Even The Who recognized her immense talent as she played the role of the Acid Queen in their classic film "Tommy". Tina fought a long bout with kidney disease and passed away in 2023.
7. Cleveland Browns Running Back, Actor, Civil Rights Advocate

When you're listing the greatest running backs in NFL history, Jim Brown is always at or near the top of everyone's list. The bruising multi-sport athlete dominated the NFL in the late 1950s to the mid-1960s before retiring early to pursue a new career path in acting. Brown became a major spokesman for civil rights in the turbulent decade.

In 1966, he founded the Negro Industrial Economic Union, which helped funding for minority owned business. He later joined forces with other black superstar athletes in 1967 to create the Cleveland Summit, a group dedicated to athletes using their celebrity to promote positive civil rights for all of society.

He passed away at the age of 87.
8. Irish Singer-Songwriter, Activist

Answer: Sinead O'Connor

In 1990, Sinead topped the music charts with her cover of the Prince song, "Nothing Compares 2 U". The Irish alternative rock singer-songwriter was known for her deeply personal lyrics and advocacy for human rights, racism, and child abuse. In 1992, she was banned from Saturday Night Live after ripping up a picture of The Pope and saying "fight the real enemy".

This comment came after her years of abuse in the Catholic Church as a youth. Sadly we lost this "misunderstood" singer in July 26th of 2023.
9. Associate Justice of the Supreme Court

Answer: Sandra Day O'Connor

The first woman to serve as a United States Supreme Court Justice, Ms. O'Connor was chosen by President Ronald Reagan in 1981. This groundbreaking former attorney served for twenty-five years and set the stage for other female judges to join her on the Supreme Court. During her time on the Supreme Court, her ideology stood in contrast to the all male court and influenced many monumental legal decisions, including the Roe Vs Wade right to abortion trial where Sandra became the swing vote in 1992.

She lived to be 93 years old.
10. "One Million Years B.C.", International sex symbol

Answer: Raquel Welch

Not many will forget the image of Raquel emerging from the water dressed in a skimpy fur outfit for one of her breakthrough roles in "One Thousand Years B.C." The American actress was also known for her roles in "Fantastic Voyage", "Bedazzled", and "Mothers, Jugs, and Speed". "Playboy" magazine voted Jo Raquel Welch number three on their list of the "100 Sexiest Stars of the Twentieth Century".
