Cheshire first appeared in "New Teen Titans" in 1983. Her alter ego is Jade Nguyen. As a child, she was sold into slavery but killed her enslaver as a young adult. Skilled Martial Arts, she was part of the Injustice League and Suicide Squad, among others.
2. Callisto

Answer: Marvel

Callisto first appeared in "The Uncanny X-men" in 1983. She is a mutant human and part of the Morlocks. She lives in the New York City sewers and has the power to sense when other mutants are around, and is excellent at fighting. She is also an amazing leader and heals quickly.
3. Katana

Answer: DC

Katana first appeared in "The Brave and the Bold" in 1983. Her alter ego is Tatsu Yamashiro, who is highly skilled in the martial arts. She has a Soultaker Sword, and anyone she kills with it, she can take the spirits of and then communicate with them.
4. Bane

Answer: DC

Bane is a supervillain who first appeared in the "Batman" comics in 1993. He is a genius, possesses super-strength, and has the ability to heal faster than a normal human would. He has been credited as the only villain "to have broken the bat," having beaten Batman physically and mentally in the past.
5. Eclipso

Eclipso's first appearance was in "House of Secrets" in 1963. She is similar to Robert Louis Stevenson's characters, Jekyll and Hyde. She is immortal. She has super-speed, strength, and stamina, among other power.

Banshee first appeared in "The X-men" in 1967. He is a human mutant, and his alter ego is Sean Cassidy. He has super hearing and sonic screaming abilities, among other powers.

Hela first appeared in "Journey into Mystery" in 1964. She is an Asgardian (from the fictional realm of Asgard). She is based on Hel, the Norse goddess of the underworld. Some of her powers include being immortal and having a deadly touch. She is mainly the adversary of Thor.

Jade first appeared in "All-Star Squadron" in 1983. She is a metahuman, and her alter ego is Jennifer-Lynn Hayden. Jade is the daughter of the first Green Lantern and has worked with the Justice League.

Some of her Starheart powers include being able to manipulate energy and controlling the planets. Some of her Power Ring powers include flying without wings and translating human and extra-terrestrial languages.
9. Wolverine

Wolverine first appeared in "The Incredible Hulk" comic book in 1974. In 1975, Wolverine joined the "X-men" series.

Wolverine was born in Canada as James Howlett and had a rough family life, and flees, taking the name of Logan. He also has mutated hands that cause claws to grow from the back of them. He has intentionally used them to kill people but has also unintentionally killed, such as his childhood friend, Rose.
10. Chemo

Chemo first appeared in "Showcase" in 1962. He is a robotic supervillain. Chemo is not very bright, but he is solid. He is also able to regenerate and magnify himself.

Ramsey Norton, a scientist, created a plastic vessel to hold things from failed experiments in. He called it, Chemo. He puts some products in one day, and it causes this robotic human thing to grow, which kills the scientist and goes on a rampage. He keeps being defeated by the superhero group Metal Man, but since he can regenerate, he keeps returning.
