Answer: Foxy

The artist Charles Grigg created the character known as Foxy for 'The Topper' comic in 1953. Foxy was a cunning and mischievous fox who was obsessed with stealing chickens. His scheming ways saw him inventing elaborate plots to get past high fences created by farmers he was trying to outwit as he attempted to get hold of their chickens.

These usually backfired with hilarious consequences.

The character Keyhole Kate was the work of artist Allan Morley. She first appeared in 'The Dandy' in 1937. Baby wore red shorts and shoes and spoke in a child-like way, using phrases such as 'Me thinks' and 'Me don't like this'.

He featured in the comic until 1990.

The Numbskulls comic strip, created primarily by Malcolm Judge, made its debut in 'The Beezer' comic in 1962. They are a set of little human-like characters who live inside a person's head. Each one fulfils a different role. Blinky, for example, takes care of the eyes, making sure his host sees properly; Radar is in charge of the ears, clearing out wax and listening, and Cruncher manages the mouth, while Snitch manages the nose.

They are under the control of their boss, Brainy, who coordinates the team and oversees the host's brain.

Walter Brown, aka, Walter the Softy, is Dennis the Menace's rival. Both Dennis and Walter are the creations of artist David Law. Walter is the exact opposite of Dennis, being well-behaved and polite. He also tries to train a dog to deliver his mail, with disastrous results. His activities usually involve the people who live in the town, he delivers mail to. Despite his mishaps, Postman Prat is full of good intentions.

The artist Dudley D. Watkins created 'The Beano' character Biffo the Bear who first appeared in the comic in 1948. Biffo, who sports a jacket and bow tie, is friendly, charming, and has a round face. He rarely speaks, relying on visual humour and engages in activities like busking, working at a cafe and running a zoo. Biffo appeared on the cover for over twnty years until Dennis the Menace took his place in 1974.

The character Big Eggo, created by artist Reg Carter, appeared on the cover of 'The Beano' comic in 1938. He was an Ostrich who was always getting involved in humorous situations. His radio could shrink or enlarge objects or cause them to float. It could also emit beams of light. Danny used his radio to get out of difficult situations or to play pranks. He was featured in the comic till 1986.

He would sometimes cause mayhem when trying to help someone. He remained in the comic until 1990 when it merged with 'The Topper'.
