Olivia Vertigo found out that she was endowed in Chapter 19 of 'Castle of Mirrors'. Grizelda is unendowed, Fidelio is a musician and Bartholomew is a mountaineer.

Answer: Gabriel

Gabriel was right. The balance was tipping towards the 'bad guys', so the 'good guys' were feeling the effects strongly. Soon afterwards, it became three to six, and then two to six. Poor people =(

Answer: Meng

Bartholomew Bloor was almost killed in an accident in the Himalayas. When he recovered, he managed to find a phone, and he called his house, only to be told that his wife had died. He became an explorer instead of returning to England, and lived in China for many years, where he met Meng. They adopted a young orphan named Naren.

4. What happened to Tancred in "Castle of Mirrors"?

Answer: He joined the dark side

Joshua Tilpin played on Tancred's vanity and managed to convert him to the dark side using his magnetism. During this time, Tancred struck Emma's fingers with lightning and constantly poured water on his 'friends'. Gabriel ended up in hospital due to a coma (courtesy of Dorcas Loom), a nameless person was knocked over by a flying log, and it was Billy who was the heir to the Castle of Mirrors.

5. When did Henry Yewbeam come from in "The Time Twister"?

Henry Yewbeam was staying with his cousin 'Zeke' (Ezekiel Bloor) when said cousin got miffed as Henry finished his jigsaw. Being a rather spiteful lad, Zeke decided to send Henry spiralling away through time. 1900 was the year of Yolanda's birth,'1984' is the title of a book and 1905 is the year of Henry's birth.

6. Who is the caretaker of the Flames?

Answer: Orvil Onimous

The Flames are currently being taken care of by Orvil Onimous, whose name is often misspelt as Orvil Ominous. They were originally the leopards of the Red King.

7. Who is 'Mostyn', in the first book, "Midnight for Charlie Bone"?

Answer: Emma's father

We learn this in the first book, when Charlie hears voices coming from a picture. The voice, who is talking to Mostyn, is Julia Ingledew. She is Emma's aunt, the sister of Emma's mother Nancy.

Answer: Belle Donner

Yolanda is a shape-shifter and becomes a young girl named Belle to get closer to Charlie and his friends. She says that her name is Belle Donner when Tancred asks, and Gabriel remarks on the similarity to 'belladonna', or deadly nightshade.

Miss Chrystal is the evil witch ("The Hidden King") and Alice Angel is her good counterpart ("Castle of Mirrors"). Cook is endowed with power over the sea and Dorothy de Vere is a violinist. Amy Bone is unendowed and Zelda is telekinetic. Eustacia is clairvoyant, and Olivia creates illusions.

10. What was Maisie's sister's name?

Answer: Doris

Doris was Maisie's elder sister, who fell ill in "The Blue Boa" and so Maisie had to go and visit her. She found out that her family were descended from a Welsh magician named Mathonwy, a friend of the Red King.
