She also was in the Dumbledore's Army. Her father, Xenophilius Lovegood, is the editor of the Quibbler. Luna's mother died when she was nine and therefore, she can also see Thestrals.

She also fought along-side Harry, Hermione, Ron, Neville, and Ginny in the Department of Mysteries. Harry took her to Slughorn's Christmas Party too. She was taken hostage in the seventh book by the Death Eaters and was kept in the Malfoy Manor so that her father could stop supporting Harry.

She was also one of the few people who always hoped that there was a DA meeting and looked at their gold coins.

Sirius Black is Harry Potter's godfather and the best friend of James Potter. He was also the best man in James Potter's and Lily Evans's wedding. Sirius comes from the pure-blood family of the Black. He was the first one in the family to be sorted into Gryffindor.

His animagus is a great, shaggy, black dog. He is an unregistered animagus. He was disowned from his family when he was sixteen and went to live with his best friend, the Potters. He also had a flying motorcycle which he later gave to his friend, Hagrid. Sirius was sent to Azkaban for 12 years because everyone thought that he betrayed James and Lily to Voldemort when it was his other friend, Peter Pettigrew.

He escaped in "The Prisoner of Azkaban" and has been in hiding ever since.

He is also a proud member of the Order of the Phoenix. Sirius was killed in the fifth book by his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange.

Remus Lupin is a werewolf and was Harry's Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher in his third year. He was best friends with James, Sirius, and Peter Pettigrew. He married Nymphadora Tonks in the sixth book (which we find out about in the seventh book) and had a baby by the name of Teddy. Remus Lupin was also a member of the Wireless Wizarding Network show "Potterwatch".

He was under the codename Romulus. Remus Lupin was killed in the seventh and last book and named Harry godfather of his child.

Ludovic Bagman, also known as Ludo Bagman, was a Beater for the Wimbourne Wasps. He was the Head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports throughout the series. Bagman was accused of being a Death Eater but he wasn't one as we find out in Dumbledore's memory in the fourth book. Bagman loves to gamble and was in quite a lot of trouble with the goblins in the fourth book because he didn't pay them back.

He occasionally tried to help Harry win the Triwizard Tournament, which he was the judge of, because he had a bet with the Goblins that Harry would win the Tournament.

He was also the commentator of the Quidditch World Cup.

Katie Bell played Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch team until the seventh book. She joined the Dumbledore's Army in her sixth year. In the sixth book, she was the only remaining player of the original Gryffindor Quidditch team that Oliver Wood was the captain of in Harry's first year.

In the sixth book, Katie Bell was used by Malfoy to send a cursed necklace to Dumbledore. But, she got cursed herself when she accidentally touched it.
