La Tomatina is the world's largest food fight where participants throw tomatoes at each other! Las Fallas is Spain's most famous festival and held in Valencia. "The Festival of Fire" lasts over two weeks and occurs in the spring.

Answer: World War II

Spain held to a country's philosophy of isolationism and did not directly participate in World War II. The far-right Nationalist regime, led by Francisco Franco, was financially tied to Nazi Germany and Italy but did not participate in the war. The Portuguese Restoration War was in the 17th century, and Portugal fought Spain for independence. During the Gulf War, Spain allowed the US access to their airbases in the war and later Spain sent part of their navy to join the war effort.

The Orinoco River is located in Colombia in South America. The Ebro and the Tagus Rivers are the two longest in Spain.
