The Pink Ladies was a group of female students who attended Rydell High School in the film 'Grease'. Its original members were Betty Rizzo, Frenchy and Marty Maraschino, who were played by Stockard Channing, Didi Conn and Dinah Manoff. They were subsequently joined by Sandy Oslen, played by Olivia Newton-John.
The Pink Ladies also featured in 'Grease II'. They were considered to be the female form of the T-Birds, and their desire was to rebel against the status quo. A prequel, TV series 'Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies' was created in 2003 in the U.S.
