Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The title of Adele's third studio album that features the song "Hello"

Adele, or her birth name, Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, is a successful English singer and songwriter. She is born in 1988 in London, England.

A graduate of the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology, Adele's first four studio albums were all named after her age when she wrote and recorded the songs. Her first four studio albums are entitled "19", "21", "25", and "30", respectively.

Adele's third studio album, "25", which was released in 2015, features the hit single "Hello", which won the Brit Award for Song of the Year at the 36th Brit Awards in 2016.
2. The USA is politically divided into this number of states

The North American nation of the United States of America, or USA, is politically divided into 50 states; the largest of which is Alaska, followed by Texas and California. Located in the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii is the only state that is entirely made up of islands.

In addition to the 50 states, the USA's land area also includes unincorporated territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) and some minor outlying islands located in the Pacific Ocean.
3. The number of balls used in a standard bingo game (US version)

In the game of bingo, players are given cards with numbers printed in different arrangements. Based on the numbers called out by the game host, the players compete with each other to be the first to complete a row, a column, or a diagonal.

The US version of the game uses 75 numbers, whereas the UK version uses 90 numbers. With technological advancement, most bingo parlors and casinos nowadays use electronic random number generators instead of numbered balls.
4. The atomic number of the chemical element fermium

A fermium atom contains 100 protons in its nucleus. The element's chemical symbol is Fm. This synthetic element was first discovered in 1952 during the "Ivy Mike" nuclear test conducted on the island of Elugelab (present-day Marshall Islands).

Named after Italian physicist Enrico Fermi, fermium is classified as an actinide, which consists of 15 chemical elements whose atomic numbers range from 89 to 103. Fermium is primarily used for research purposes.
5. This cube number is associated with a sonnet written by William Shakespeare that begins with the line "Were't aught to me I bore the canopy"

Out of the ten options given, 125 is the only cube number. Note that 125 = 5 x 5 x 5 = 5^3.

The sonnets written by English poet William Shakespeare (1564-1616) were published in a quarto entitled "Shake-speare's Sonnets" in 1609. The quarto features 154 sonnets and a long poem.

Perhaps Shakespeare's most famous sonnet is "Sonnet 18" - "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?" His "Sonnet 125", featuring three quatrains and a couplet, details his love for a young man. The sonnet reads:

"Were't aught to me I bore the canopy,
With my extern the outward honouring,
Or laid great bases for eternity,
Which prove more short than waste or ruining?

Have I not seen dwellers on form and favour
Lose all, and more, by paying too much rent,
For compound sweet forgoing simple savour,
Pitiful thrivers, in their gazing spent?

No, let me be obsequious in thy heart,
And take thou my oblation, poor but free,
Which is not mix'd with seconds, knows no art
But mutual render, only me for thee.

Hence, thou suborn'd informer! a true soul
When most impeach'd stands least in thy control."
6. The longest book of the Bible, the Psalms, contains this number of chapters

The Book of Psalms, or simply the Psalms, is a book in the Old Testament of the Bible.

Known to be the longest book in the Bible, the book consists of 150 chapters. Among these chapters, Psalm 23 is perhaps the most notable one. The KJV reads:

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever."

American educator and author Tziporah Heller attributed Psalm 23's popularity to "its universal message of trust in God, and its simplicity".
7. This odd number is the age of the biblical figure Abraham when he passed away

The life of Abraham is narrated in the Book of Genesis in the Bible. He married Sarah, who later gave birth to Isaac.

Genesis 22:7 "And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years." (KJV)

Note that the use of the indefinite article "an" in the quote is not incorrect in Old English. However, in the context of modern English, the indefinite article "a" is considered correct.
8. The amount of money collected when a player passes the "Go" space in the game of "Monopoly"

The popular board game "Monopoly" was first published by the game manufacturer Parker Brothers in 1935. Most properties featured in the original version of the game were based on actual buildings located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The gameplay of "Monopoly" involves buying and trading properties, which can be developed into houses and hotels. When a player lands on a space with an opponent's property, they must pay rent to the opponent. A player is considered to have lost the game when they run out of money.
9. This square number is the first odd number that has nine factors

Out of all the ten options that are given, only 25, 100, and 225 are square numbers.

The number 25 has three factors - 1, 5, 25. The number 100 is an even number.

The number 225 has nine factors, which are 1, 3, 5, 9, 15, 25, 45, 75, and 225.
10. This even number is the country calling code of Rwanda

Out of the ten options given, we can eliminate all the odd numbers, leaving these five even numbers - 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250, as possible answers for this question.

Country calling codes, or simply calling codes, are the prefixes used for telephone numbers in the international telecommunication network.

The Republic of Rwanda, whose calling code is 250, is a landlocked country located in Central Africa. Home to majestic mountain gorillas, Rwanda is noted for its serene hilly landscape.
