1. Polmos Spirytus Vodka

Polmos Spirytus is a brand of Vodka made in Poland. It has the one of the highest proof levels (192 or 96% ABV) of any mass-produced liquor sold in the United States. In fact, many liquor stores that sell it warn consumers that the vodka is not meant for straight consumption. Polmos Spirytus is intended to be used in cooking, medicine and it has been also used in making homemade perfume.
2. Bacardi 151 Rum

Bacardi's 151 proof rum (75.5% ABV) was one of the most iconic brands in the alcoholic beverage industry. Bacardi itself was founded in Cuba in 1862. The company moved to Bermuda after Fidel Castro took over Cuba. Bacardi's famous 151 proof rum was sold between 1963-2016. Because of its high alcohol content, it became dangerous to ship Bacardi 151 due to its high flammability.
3. Absinthe King of Spirits Gold

Absinthe King of Spirits Gold is claimed by its manufacturer, L'Or Spirits of the Czech Republic, to be one of the most authentic absinthe brands on the market. The King of Spirits Gold has a proof of 140 (70% ABV). Despite the liquor being called King of Spirits Gold, the beverage is actually green in color which comes from the plants used in its production, most notably the herb wormwood.
4. Brewmeister Snake Venom Beer

Snake Venom is a brand of beer manufactured by Keith Brewery Ltd (fka Brewmeister) which is based out of Scotland. With a proof of 135 (67.5% ABV), Brewmeister Snake Venom has been marketed as the strongest brand of beer in the world. The brewery uses a technique known as fractional freezing in order to raise the alcohol level of Snake Venom Beer.
5. Dulce Vida Anejo Tequila

Dulce Vida is an American liquor company based in Austin, Texas. They are known for producing several brands of tequila, which are mostly distilled in Mexico. One of their highest proof tequilas is the Dulce Vida Extra Anejo which is marketed as being 100 proof (50% ABV). Dulce Vida claims that their tequilas are the only 100% organic blue agave tequilas in the world.
6. Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Whiskey

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Whiskey is marketed as 80 proof (40% ABV) which is the lowest alcohol level in the United States for liquor to be considered a spirit. Many liquors in the United States are produced at 80 proof as its seen as pretty much a Goldilocks zone for alcohol content (not to high, not too low). Prior to 1987, Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 was made 90 proof (45% ABV).
7. Sipsmith Sloe Gin

Sipsmith is a liquor company based out of London, England. One of their main products is a brand of sloe gin. Sloe gin is made by taking Dry Gin and infusing it with sloe (aka blackthorn) berries which gives the beverage more of a tart flavor. Doing this also lowers the ABV percentage of the gin. Sipsmith's website depicts the Sipsmith Sloe Gin as having a 29% ABV, which would be 58 proof.
8. Bailey's Irish Cream

Bailey's Irish Cream was invented by Gilbeys of Ireland in 1971 and is currently marketed by British based liquor company Diageo. Bailey's Irish Cream is made by combining cream, cocoa and Irish whiskey. It is often mixed into various candies and/or dessert foods. Original Bailey's Irish Cream is marketed as only 34 proof (17% ABV).
9. Barefoot Pinot Grigio Wine

Barefoot is a wine company based out of Modesto, California. They are known for producing affordable wines that consumers in the United States can purchase from their local supermarket. Most of Barefoot's wine brands range between 20-28 proof (10-14% ABV). The Barefoot Pinot Grigio white wine specifically is labeled as being 26 proof (13% ABV).
10. Mike's Hard Lemonade

Mike's Hard Lemonade has the lowest alcohol content in this quiz. The standard Mike's Hard Lemonade is shown to be only 10 proof (5% ABV). The flavored malt beverage was first introduced in 1999 by a Canadian billionaire named Anthony von Mandl, who is also credited with inventing White Claw Hard Seltzer.
