In Shakespeare's "King Lear", Cordelia is Lear's faithful and loving daughter. Goneril and Regan are the bad ones. Imogen is from Shakespeare's "Cymbeline", Desdemona from his "Othello", and Octavia from his "Antony and Cleopatra".
