In the end, once Daniel finds Trixie in Alaska, Trixie admits to everything. She had not been a virgin, she did play rainbow at the party, she had been the one to bring the drugs to the party, and she didn't actually say "no" to Jason. She did, however, say it in another way.

It may not have been out loud but body language speaks more than anything. To Trixie, this meant that a shaking of the head or a hand pushing hard against the chest should mean the same thing. So, even if she didn't actually say "no", she didn't want to have sex with Jason at the time because she didn't just want to be friends with benefits.
