Answer: Kate

Kate was diagnosed with leukaemia at age 2. Dr Chance told Sara and Brian ('off-record') that if they genetically engineered a child, Kate might survive. That child is Anna.
2. Who is speaking in the prologue?

Answer: Kate

At the beginning of the book, it is made out to be Anna, but by the end you realise it is actually Kate, saying how she was trying to kill her sister, but in the end; she did it all by herself.
3. What was the name of Anna's guardian ad litem?

Answer: Julia

Julia was Anna's guardian ad litem, and also Campbell's ex-girlfriend. She had a confusing past and couldn't decide about how she felt about Campbell. Her sister (Isabelle) just moved in after a break-up with her girlfriend. Sara is Anna's mum.
4. What was the name of Anna's lawyer?

Answer: Campbell Alexander

He is called Campbell Alexander. When she first meets him, she makes comment on how she thinks his name is backwards (Campbell should be a surname, Alexander as a first name).
5. Why did Anna's lawyer have Judge? (his dog)

Answer: He was an epileptic.

Campbell was an epileptic, and had a seizure during the court case.
6. What was the name of Kate's doctor?

Ironically, Kate's doctor, since she was first diagnosed, was Dr. Chance. He was her doctor throughout the whole book.

Answer: car-crash

After winning the lawsuit, Anna gets in a car crash with Campbell. Her organs are harvested, and given to Kate, who gets to live.
10. After she was in the car crash, Anna was brain-dead. But who turned off her life-support?

Answer: Brian

It was her dad, Brian. After rescuing her from the car-crash and rushing her to hospital, he switched off Anna's life-support.
