Answer: Digby Wolfe

Wolfe, born on June 4, 1929 in London, England, United Kingdom, was cast to voice Ziggy. Ziggy was a vulture and often hung out with a few other vulture friends named Dizzy, Buzzie and Flaps. Buzzie mentioned things were dead everywhere so Ziggy said that Buzzie wished they were.

In another scene, Ziggy mentioned he had a plan but did not provide any specifics after his vulture buddies inquired what they were. Ziggy watched as Shere Khan was frightened by a burning tree branch that was tied to his tail. Wolfe guest starred on the TV series "The Adventures of the Big Man", "The Farmer's Daughter" and "I Dream of Jeannie".

DeLyon, a native of Paterson, New Jersey, lent his voice to Flunkey. Flunkey was a monkey who slavishly served King Louie and fanned him. While King Louie sang the song "I Wanna Be Like You", Flunkey still fanned him. There were a few instances where Flunkey sought the spotlight but he was unsuccessful.

In his final scene, he walked with Shanti to the village. Carr had guest starring roles on the TV series "Probe", "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" and "Simon & Simon".

O'Malley, born on March 15, 1904 in Burnley, England, United Kingdom, voiced Colonel Hathi. Colonel Hathi was an elephant who commandeered a march. Near the end of the film, Mowgli ran away, which upset Bagheera and Baloo. Colonel Hathi initially turned down Bagheera's request to locate Mowgli.

However, another elephant, Winifred, changed Colonel Hathi's mind after she threatened his role in the elephant herd. In another scene, Colonel Hathi spoke about how he earned his commission in the Maharajah's Pachyderm Brigade. O'Malley voiced characters in the Disney animated films "Alice in Wonderland", "101 Dalmatians" and "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad".

As he slithered away, Kaa got annoyed once Mowgli and Bagheera joked about how his tail had a knot. Later on in the film, Kaa hypnotized Bagheera and it was Mowgli who saved Bagheera. Holloway lent his voice to roles in the Disney animated movies "Bambi", "The Aristocats" and "Dumbo".

Sanders, born in 1906 in St. Petersburg, Russia, voiced the main villain in this movie: Shere Khan. Shere Khan was a ruthless tiger who had an unwavering disgust for humans since he viewed them as a threat. He eavesdropped on a conversation between Bagheera and Colonel Hathi about Mowgli.

When Shere Khan came upon Kaa, he asked Kaa if he had encountered Mowgli and Kaa lied to him. Shere Khan doubted what Kaa said so he threatened Kaa. At the end of the movie, Shere Khan fled from Mowgli, Bagheera and Baloo after Mowgli tied a burning branch to Shere Khan's tail. Sanders starred in the movies "Rebecca", "The Picture of Dorian Gray" and "Man Hunt".

In 1951, he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in "All About Eve".

Prima, born on December 7, 1910 in New Orleans, Louisiana, voiced King Louie. King Louie's monkeys kidnapped Mowgli and took him to King Louie's kingdom in the jungle. While there, King Louie sang and danced and constantly sent bananas into Mowgli's mouth.

At one point, both Bagheera and Baloo got to King Louie's kingdom and a fight ensued. Luckily, both rescued Mowgli from King Louie. In his last scene, King Louie was upset when his kingdom collapsed.
