Funeral For a Friend hail from Bridgend, Wales. They formed in 2001 and consist of five members; Kris Coombs-Roberts, Gavin Burrough, Ryan Richards, Darran Smith and Matthew Davis Kreye.

During their set they only had one album released entitled "Casually Dressed & Deep in Conversation". After their debut they have released such albums as "Hours", "Tales Don't Tell Themselves" and "Memory and Humanity".

Funeral For a Friend later played Download 2006 on the main stage again. They played just before the 'new' Guns n' Roses.

Chino Moreno was born on the 20th of June, 1973. He was born in Sacramento, California as Camillo Wong Moreno. He is also a member of the band Team Sleep.

Deftones formed in 1988. Deftones played before Marilyn Manson on the main stage. They are known for their albums "Saturday Night Wrist", "White Pony" and "Around the Fur". They consist of members Chino Moreno, Chi Cheng, Stephen Carpenter, Frank Delgado and Abe Cunningham.

Like Funeral For a Friend, they later played on the Friday of Download 2006 before headliners Tool.
