Keith Potger was one of the co-founders of the original Seekers. The New Seekers had a TV show in the UK, which was called 'Finders Seekers'. This comprised the original line-up of the group, which was: Marty Kristian, Laurie Heath, Chris Barrington, Lynn Graham, Eve Graham and himself.
2. What is Marty Kristian's real surname?

Answer: Vanags

Marty was born Martin Vanags in Leipzig, Germany, on May 27th, 1947. His parents were of Latvian origin. Marty has been married to his wife, Carol, née Wray, since 1975. They have two sons. One of these is James Kristian, who became a television actor.
3. Which one of these is a talented visual artist?

Answer: Marty Kristian

A talented artist, the Queen Mother opened one of his murals. He has also written two children's books. Marty is also interested in meditation, Esoteric Sciences, yoga, painting and sculpture. He has continued to record until 2023.

Answer: Danny Finn

Danny, prior to joining the group, was a member of Wishful thinking. They had a song which was a big hit in Germany. Its title was 'Hiroshima'. During his time with the New Seekers, he married Eve Graham, and they lived, for his final years, in Auchterarder, Scotland, until he passed away in 2016.

Recorded in 1970, two of the tracks were written by Laurie Heath and another one was written by Marty Kristian. Only one single from the album, 'Meet my Lord', was released as a single. It failed to impress and didn't enter the UK charts. The same applies to the album.

Mick Flinn was a member of the Mixtures. They had a single which reached number two in the UK charts. It was entitled 'The Pushbike Song'. Unfortunately, they were a one-hit-wonder.

Answer: Vicky Leandros

Her "Après Toi" won the Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland. In 1967, Vicky came fourth in the contest with the song 'L´amour est bleu'. She also represented Luxembourg with this song.

Answer: Melanie Safka

Melanie Safka recorded a single which was a hit for the Rolling Stones, entitled 'Ruby Tuesday'. She also sang 'Brand New Key'. This was number one in The U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and number one in the UK charts. It also achieved number one in Australia and Canada.
