Botafogo or their full name of Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas, originally started as a rowing club in 1894. They play in a black and white striped shirt for their home games and a white shirt with a single black horizontal stripe for away games. Like many football teams they also have a third shirt in case either of those kits clash, which is all black with a single grey stripe that runs horizontally. One of Botafogo early club mascots was the Disney character Donald Duck; however, due to issues with Disney Corporation they had to change it. The club has gone with a Manneken Pis as a mascot and fans often adorn it in the clubs shirt after major wins.

The team has also ground shared with other football clubs in Rio de Janeiro. Botafogo, Fluminense and Flamengo have all used the Estadio Olimpico Joao Havelange as a home stadium.

Besiktas J.K. have the nickname of The Black Eagles. They play in an all-white kit with black edging for their home games and in a black and white striped shirt that runs vertically for their away games. They were unbeaten in the 1991-92 Super Lig season, winning 23 matches and drawing 7.

As well as football Besiktas J.K. is home to teams that compete in chess, towing, volleyball, basketball, table tennis and athletics.

Saba Qom F.C. plays their home games at the Yadegar-e Emam Stadium in the city of Qom, Iran. Their home shirt is white and black stripes that run vertically and their away shirt is blue and black stripes that run vertically. Saba Qom F.C. used to be part of the Saba Battery Club in Tehran but moved to Qom, due to Tehran having a number of football teams already based in the Iranian capital city.

Their home shirt is all red with some black edging and the away shirt has black and red stripes that run vertically. In 2003, RCD Mallorca won the Copa del Rey for the very first time by beating Recreativo de Huelva 3-0 at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero stadium.

The Copa del Rey is a knockout style of competition and is the Spanish annual cup competition.

Todoroki Athletics Stadium is the home ground of Kawasaki Frontale. Their home shirt is sky blue and black stripes that run horizontally and their away shirt is white and light grey stripes that run horizontally. Kawasaki Frontale founded in 1955 under the name of the Fujitsu football club and changed its name to Kawasaki Frontale in 1997. One of their more famous players to play for them is the Brazilian footballer Givanildo Vieira de Souza, more often known as Hulk.

He started out as a loan signing before signing for them for two seasons between 2006 and 2008.

Despite signing for Kawasaki he was loaned out to other football teams in Japan.

"The Leprosy" is the nickname of the football club Newell's Old Boys. Founded in 1903 the club was named in honour of its former director Isaac Newell, a British immigrant. Their home shirt is half red and black and their away shirt is mainly all white with a red and black chest. Like many football clubs they play in a third choice shirt which has red and black stripes that run horizontally.

Some famous players from their youth system who went on to achieve success at other clubs are Lionel Messi, Gabriel Heinze and Gabriel Batistuta.

The reason for the clubs nickname is that during the 1920's the club took part in a charity match to raise money for a clinic that dealt with people who had leprosy.

A.C. Milan are known as "The Devil" and play their home games at the San Siro Stadium. Their home shirt is red and black stripes that run vertically and the away shirt is all white with some red trimming. In European competitions the away shirt is considered the club luckiest attire to use in finals as they have won six out of eight finals they have appeared in, whereas in the home shirt they have only won one out three finals. A.C. Milan also ground share with another club in based in Milan. The football club Inter Milan also uses black and blue stripes that run vertically in its home shirt colours.
