Answer: Drew Brees

Brees was in his second season with the Saints in 2007 after playing for five seasons with the Chargers of San Diego. With the Saints in his two seasons, he threw for over 4400 yards in each season. Favre attempted 613 passes in 2007.
2. I led the NFL in rushing touchdowns in 2004, 2006, and 2007. I rushed for the San Diego Chargers. Can you at least spell my name correctly for my efforts?

Answer: LaDainian Tomlinson

Tomlinson was in his seventh season with the Chargers in 2007. His rushing TD totals were 17 in 2004, 28 in 2006, and 15 in 2007. Shaun Alexander of the Seahawks broke LaDainian's streak in 2005 when he led the league with 27.

The 25-year old Steeler was in his fourth season. This got him the nickname of "Low and Slow". He played for nine seasons and retired as a Viking in 1993 with 14 total blocked punts in his career.

Welcome to the NFL! Carr was a Houston rookie in 2002 when with no offensive line, was dumped 76 times. The previous record was held by Randall Cunningham of the Eagles with 72 sacks in 1986. 2006 saw David sacked another 41 times, then he became a Carolina Panther in 2007. He was sacked only 13 times in that season.

Answer: Sammy Baugh

Sammy was 33 years old when he set the new record in 1947 of 210, and was in his 11th season with the Redskins. Sammy and Bud Schwenk were the first two QBs to throw 150 in a season, as Schwenk threw 168 with the Baltimore Colts in 1947 also. Baugh was a career Redskin in 16 seasons and retired in 1952. He completed 1693 passes in his career.
10. Who was the first NFL player to score more than 175 points in a season?

Answer: Paul Hornung

Hornung was in his fourth NFL season with the Packers in 1960. He scored a total of 176 points in the season. Paul had 13 rushing and two receiving touchdowns in 1960. After nine seasons when he retired in 1966, Paul had 50 rushing and 12 receiving touchdowns, along with 760 points scored. Tomlinson of the Chargers broke Hornung's record in 2006, by scoring 186 of his own.
