Answer: Al Davis

All of the above are Hall of Famers from Massachusetts. Healey was elected in 1964, Millner in 1968, Davis in 1992, and Long in 2000. Davis is the owner of the Oakland Raiders and was a former commissioner of the American Football League (AFL).

The Raiders played their first two seasons in the San Francisco area (Kezar Stadium in 1960 and Candlestick Park in 1961) before moving to Oakland's Frank Youell Stadium in 1963. They played there from 1963-65 until the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum was completed in 1966.
