Castillo, born on December 10th, 1949 in Calexico, California guest starred as Ricardo Lopes in this episode. The episode began with Amanda entering the funeral parlor since Jack's body was there. She noticed Jack's coffin and then Jack's attorney entered the room. He asked her if she was there to say he final goodbyes so Amanda blasted him since he scared her by sneaking up on her. Jack's attorney told Amanda that the Parezi family wanted Jack's body shipped back to Miami and, since Amanda was his wife at the time of death, he needed her approval. Amanda said she had it so she signed a paper to arrange for his coffin to go back to Miami.

In Peter's first scene, he was at his office and Kimberly was there and she told Peter how she wanted her ankle monitor removed but he said she could forget about that happening. Peter stated how Kimberly was not ready to have it removed since she still had to serve more time on her work release program.
