"Win, Lose or Draw" first appeared on daytime British television on 30th January 1990. It was produced by Scottish Television and based on an American game show of the same name. The American show ran from 1987 to 1990 and the pilot episode was hosted by the American actor and singer Bert Convy.

The basic format was generally the same as the original show with two teams of three competing against each other. It only lasted for one series consisting of 8 episodes.

He is well-known for playing the character Geoff Maltby in the television comedy "Benidorm". His character was known as "The Oracle" because of his computer-like knowledge of trivia.
