John wakes up, speaking as Scorpius, and tells Aeryn, who is aiming a pulse pistol at him, "It's not easy, is it? Putting a pulse blast in John Crichton." Aeryn says he's not John, and Jack, the Ancient, stops Aeryn from shooting him, saying the clone is dying and only wants her to kill John so he dies too. At which point Harvey/John falls down, saying, "Officer Sun, next time be more decisive. Shoot quicker. A soldier must not be weak. Weakness means defeat." With that, Harvey dies and John is back.

Answer: Docking bay 2 recently performed an atmosphere replenish

Crais says something is out of balance with Talyn and Stark says there is something strange, that "Docking bay two recently performed an atmosphere replenish as if it'd been opened." Crais points out that they landed the transport pod in docking bay one, at which point a Scarran enters and blasts them with heat. Talyn is blind from a flare, but that isn't strange as they already knew it since Crais is blind as well from the same flare. The Scarran thinks the pilot's den sans pilot is strange, but that's old news to Stark and Crais.

Answer: That Talyn will not accept a Scarran captain

Stark tells the Scarran that Crais stole Talyn and is a renegade from the Peacekeepers. He goes on to say he is a slave to Crais and he hates him and wants him dead. "Kill him, and make me your slave!" Later the tells the Scarran that Talyn doesn't need a pilot, but there is a direct interface, but the transponder was damaged, but Talyn can make a replacement.

After the Scarran goes exploring, Crais tells Stark to instruct Talyn to make two neural transponders. One for Crais, and one for the Scarran... Later, they give the Scarran the transponder, which holds him in place after Talyn gains his senses back, and the hybrid ship blasts the Scarran with his guns.

Answer: Food

Rygel, hurt by shrapnel in the last episode, tells Aeryn he needs food to keep going. She does, and Rygel keeps holding off the Charrids until they seem to pull back for some reason...

Answer: You going to put all the toothpaste back in the tube?

John, now with the wormhole knowledge unlocked, helps Jack build a weapon that will destroy the Scarran Dreadnaught on its way. John asks Jack, "How far are you gonna take this? Is this the end, or are you going to try and put all the toothpaste back in the tube?" John thinks Jack may kill all of them to prevent the wormhole technology from falling into the wrong hands.

Furlow first lets the Charrids inside and she shoots Jack. Then when the Charrids have no use for her she fires on them, telling John that the Charrids got in somehow. Finally, she takes the weapon John and Jack were working on and drives off to meet the Scarran Dreadnaught to save her hide and make some money.

Answer: Gun

Chasing after Furlow in a dune-buggy like vehicle, they are pursued by Charrids who fire at them with mounted guns. Aeryn tries to fire back, but the gun doesn't work. John says, "How... can we have the only gun on the planet that doesn't work?" Aeryn replies, "It's your fault... You know if I was here on my own, it'd be working right now." They just can't catch a break.

Answer: That they will destroy them

Crais, trying to buy some time for John to make a wormhole so he can line the Dreadnaught up with it, tells them, "This is Captain Bialar Crais... Peacekeeper. Approach any closer and you will be engaged and destroyed." Stark quips, "They must be terrified." Crais does tell the Dreadnaught they surrender when a wormhole appears to draw them in.

Answer: Radiation

Furlow gets the drop on John when he's blinded by a flare, but when she notices the device has been activated, she gets out of Dodge. John tries to shut it down ("Johnny, don't be a hero!"), but gets caught in a blast of high level radiation. He flies up into space and creates a wormhole, flying around the edge and creating a blast that destroys the Dreadnaught. John tells Aeryn that he promised he'd come back to her, but he dies in her arms later on Talyn, succumbing to the radiation.

Answer: I've never felt better

John tells Aeryn, "They say it's a lucky or an unambitious man who goes when he's ready. That said... Scorpius is gone... I'm at peace. I don't... hurt.
I did some good things. I'm proud of my life. And I'm with you. Don't worry about me... I've never felt better." He does tell her he loves her just before that, when she tells him she would have gone to Earth with him. Tissues out everybody, even if there is another John Crichton, this is still pretty sad.
