On the same day, Casey's little brother, Rusty, a freshman, has just arrived, found his room and explored the campus. The next night is when sororities and fraternities must recruit new members.

Casey points out three things, then Libby points out the fourth. Casey says these are "obvious" things that people don't want to see the next night. Afterwards, Ashleigh is happy that they could point out all those things and match them with her personality and background.

Rusty's roommate, Dale, is a smart engineering guy. Dale tells Rusty about the engineering party that is happening that night, and Rusty tries to give him a high five. Dale stares at it and says "germs".

Cappie is the president of Kappa Tau. When Rusty goes to rush, Cappie tells him to lick salt, take a drink and bite a lime out of a girl's mouth. Rusty accidently spits all over the girl's face instead.

When Rusty comes wandering into the Casey's sorority house, the girls start screaming and Casey comes out. She quickly takes Rusty outside. Casey then says that she they should have a monthly brunch to "catch up" with each other.

When the rushing leader asks if everyone has their letters, everybody but Rusty raises them into the air. Rusty asks someone nearby, Calvin, if the guy is "serious" and Calvin says, "no, it's not required." Then Calvin adds on "it's more of an unspoken necessity."

When the introducer of Kappa Tau "accidently" drops a knife, everyone gets scared. Then the introducer asks everyone that knows Kappa Tau's history to leave, which leaves only three people. Suddenly, a guy, whimpers and runs away, leaving only Calvin and Rusty.
