1. What is Walter Skinner's middle name?

Answer: Sergei

Hard to imagine but Walter Skinner's middle name is Sergei, which is a popular Russian name. His full name can be seen briefly on Skinner's diploma in "Avatar".
2. Which of these people shot Mulder?

Answer: Lucas Henry

In "Beyond the Sea" Mulder catches a bullet from maniac Lucas Henry trying to escape an FBI raid. Mulder was also shot by Scully in "Anasazi" and by a man named Bernard in "Monday".
3. What was the last thing Mr. X wrote?

Answer: SRSG

After getting mortally wounded in Mulder's building by a hitman, Mr. X manages to write "SRSG" on the floor with his blood, thus, paving the way for a new character - Marita Covarrubias, the assistant to the SRSG. Interestingly, R. W. Goodwin directed the episodes in which characters important to the main story line were killed (X, Deep Throat, Bill Mulder, and Melissa Scully).
