Yes, Gillian wrote and directed "All Things". It was amazingly done and one of my favorite episodes.

3. What car rental service is always used by Scully and Mulder?

Answer: Lariat

Mulder and Scully always use the same rental company, Lariat. Look for the bumper stickers on their cars.

4. What episode has the tagline "They're Watching"?

Answer: "Trust No 1"

In this episode from season nine, Scully lets her guard down and invites a mysterious stranger into her confidence after she, Reyes and Dogget become divided by information about Mulder and the super soldiers.

5. Which episode features the song "Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves"?

In the episode "Chinga", Mulder says "Marry me" to Scully while on the phone with her. Of course he's joking, but he still proposed.
