5. What is Bjork's last name?

From Quiz Bjork, the Icelandic Diva

Answer: Gudmundsdottir

Sigur jon Birgir Sigurdsson has co-written a handful of songs with Bjork, including "Joga" and "Scatterheart." Gabriela Fridriksdottir did the artwork on Bjork's "Family Tree" box set. Flemming Rasmussen produced a few albums for Metallica before Bob Rock took over for the band's 1991 self-titled release and doesn't have a connection to Bjork that I'm aware of.

6. What is her last name?

From Quiz Bjork, the Eccentric Gem of Iceland

Answer: Guðmundsdóttir

No wonder we rarely see it used! It means "Guðmundur's Daughter". She dropped her last name after going solo in 1993/93. In Iceland, so many people have the same name that the phone books are listed not only by first name, but list their occupation as well! Most Icelanders use a patrilineal naming system where the father's name is added to a -son or -dottir, depending on if the child is a boy or a girl.

11. The end of the video for which song features a highly animated Bjork tearing a live chicken in half by grasping a leg in each hand and pulling in opposite directions?

PETA people can relax- the majority of the video, including the aforementioned chicken rending part, were animated. The video was produced by John Kricfalusi, creator of Ren and Stimpy, and the animated portions of the video feature the quirky cartoon stylings of the original "Ren and Stimpy" episodes.

From Quiz Bjork, the Eccentric Gem of Iceland

She was born in 1965 in Reykjavik, Iceland. (The World Almanac states she was born in Rheinberg, Iceland, but that is the only source in which I have seen a city other than Reykjavik as her birthplace) This vinyl album contained one song which she had written herself.
