John Paul Cusack was born on June 28, 1966, and is the fourth of five children born to Dick and Nancy Cusack. His siblings include older siblings Joan, Ann and Bill and younger sister Susie.

John's siblings have had minor roles in many of his movies. Susie had a part in "High Fidelity" (2001), Bill was in "Con Air" and "Grosse Pointe Blank" (both 1997), Ann was in "America's Sweethearts" (2001), "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" (1997) and "Grosse Pointe Blank" (1997).
