Elizabeth Taylor was born in London, England in 1932. She became popular as a teen actress after starring in the 1944 movie "National Velvet" and then moved on to more adult roles in the 1950s. She won Academy Awards for "BUtterfield 8" and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf".

She had an affair with Richard Burton when they met on the set of the movie "Cleopatra" and married him - twice. The media gave them the nickname "Liz and Dick" and they made eleven movies together. She also married six other men throughout her life.

She was a focus for the media for her lifestyle and love life and throughout her life amassed a large collection of expensive jewellery, owning three outstanding and expensive pieces in particular - the Krupp Diamond, the Taylor-Burton Diamond and the La Peregrina Pearl.

Mr. T became a well known celebrity in the 1980s. He gained stardom portraying the character B.A. Baracus on the television show "The A-Team" and he gained fame portraying the boxer Clubber Lang in the 1982 movie "Rocky III". He uses the catchphrase "I pity the fool", first in the movie "Rocky III" and then as a slogan.

In 2006 he starred in a television show called "I Pity the Fool". Mr. T is known as a larger than life tough guy with a distinctive hairstyle and a ton of gold jewellery. He appeared in numerous television commercials and joined the wrestling world in 1985, joining Hulk Hogan as his wrestling partner in "WrestleMania I".

She was on "Friends" until 2004 when the show ended and won Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards for her role in the show. As well as fame for her hair and her acting, she married Brad Pitt in 2000, putting her celebrity status into overdrive.

They were married for five years before splitting up amid rumours of unfaithfulness by Pitt with Angelina Jolie. Media fueled the fire and people were on either Team Aniston or Team Jolie, wearing t-shirts to show whose side they were on. Aniston enjoys a film career as well as a television career, appearing in films such as "Horrible Bosses" and "Office Christmas Party".

She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Tom Hanks is known for is ability to play both comedic and dramatic roles. He's won Academy Awards for his roles in "Forrest Gump" about a simple man with an extraordinary life and "Philadelphia" about an HIV-positive lawyer who sues his firm. He was in the early 1980's television show "Bosom Buddies" and had a guest appearance on "Happy Days".

After that, he was contacted by Ron Howard and asked to star in his 1984 comedy "Splash". This started Hanks on his journey into film. He's starred in "Cast Away" as a man stranded on an island after a plane crash, "Sleepless in Seattle", "A League of Their Own", "Big", "Apollo 13", and many many more movies.

He is one of America's most well known and best loved actors.

Ellen DeGeneres had her own sitcom called "Ellen" and in 1997 came out as a lesbian on the show. It didn't go so well for Ellen as her show was cancelled and she thought she wouldn't get any other work in Hollywood. Initially that seemed to be the case but that changed.

She got her own talk show called "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", had roles in movies and hosted the Academy Awards, the Emmys and the Grammy Awards. She famously "broke the internet" when she hosted the Academy Awards in 2014 when she took a selfie with a number of other celebrities and posted it.

She also ordered pizza at that event. She's won numerous awards, is known for dancing on her show and for her philanthropy. She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2016.

Stallone is known for his roles in action movies and does a lot of his own stunts. Consequently he's been injured several times and even broke his neck on set while filming the 2010 movie "The Expendables". He initially gained fame portraying a poor but hungry boxer in the 1976 movie "Rocky". Stallone wrote and starred in the movie which became a huge success.

It is now a film franchise. He became one of the biggest action stars in the 1980s and tried to break into other genres but didn't see the same success.

He is also known for his slurred speech. The lower left side of his face is paralyzed due to the use of forceps when he was born and he was bullied as a kid. Because of the bullying, he took up bodybuilding and acting.

She is a Dame of the British Empire and has won an Academy Award, Emmy Awards, Grammy Awards and Golden Globe Awards. She is also a Disney Legend and has an Honorary Golden Lion (the highest award at the Venice Film Festival). Extremely well known for her portrayal of Maria Von Trapp in "The Sound of Music" and "Mary Poppins" in the film of the same name, she's been in numerous other films including "The Princess Diaries" and "Victor/Victoria".

She lent her voice to the television show "Bridgerton" and to animated movies such as "Shrek". She made an appearance at the 2015 Academy Awards ceremony where Lady Gaga honored her and this went viral online. Aware of her star power, she declined a cameo in the 2018 movie "Mary Poppins Returns" so that she wouldn't take any attention away from the actress portraying Mary Poppins, Emily Blunt.

Audrey Hepburn was born in Belgium in 1929. She was an actress, humanitarian and fashion icon. She won her Academy Award for "Roman Holiday" and her Emmy Award for "Gardens of the World with Audrey Hepburn". She won her Grammy Award for "Audrey Hepburn's Enchanted Tales" and she won her Tony Award for "Ondine".

This makes her one of the people who have won the Grand Slam of awards and an EGOT. She also received recognition for her humanitarian work, particularly with UNICEF. She was also recognized as a style icon and was in the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame.

She was associated with the designer Givenchy who designed the clothes she wore in the movies "Breakfast at Tiffany's", "Funny Face" and "Paris When It Sizzles". One of the little black dresses she wore in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" sold at auction in 2006 for almost half a million pounds.

Meryl Streep is an American actress known for her versatility and ability to accurately portray accents. She's been called 'the greatest actress of her generation' and has received Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations in every decade between the 1970s and the 2010s.

She won a Best Supporting Actress award in 1979 for "Kramer vs Kramer", a Best Actress award in 1983 for "Sophie's Choice", and a Best Actress award in 2012 for "The Iron Lady". As of 2021 she holds the records for the most Academy Award nominations by any actor or actress with twenty-one nominations.

In 2009 she also had the most Golden Globe nominations of any actor or actress. She's won multiple other awards including British Film Academy awards, Emmy Awards, Screen Actor Guild awards, AACTA Awards and Critics Choice Movie Awards.

She's also been nominated for Grammy Awards and a Tony Award.

Answer: Telly Savalas

Telly Savalas was born in the United States in 1922. He had roles in several movies including "Kelly's Heroes", "The Greatest Story Ever Told", "The Dirty Dozen" and "Birdman of Alcatraz". He was nominated for an Academy Award and Golden Glove for his work in "Birdman of Alcatraz".

He played Pontius Pilate in "The Greatest Story Ever Told" and shaved his head for the role. He never grew his hair back after that. He played a villain in the "James Bond" flick "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" and very famously played Detective Kojak in the television series "Kojak" from 1973 to 1978. Building on his film career, he gained stardom as the lollipop-loving detective with the catchphrase "Who loves ya, baby?"
