David Carradine plays Rawley Wilkes, the arms merchant. Wilkes is a master of martial arts who frequently gives demonstrations at Texas county fairs and is undefeated in competition. McQuade is involved because he is a Texas Ranger and Wilkes' organization operates in the state of Texas. The Texas Rangers have statewide jurisdiction. The climax of "Lone Wolf McQuade" is a martial arts showdown between Norris and Carradine. On top of everything else, Norris' character is in love with Wilkes' daughter-in-law, played by Barbara Carrera. Norris and Carradine refused to use stunt doubles for their big fight scene.

Chuck actually quits the police department after both his partner and then his partner's girlfriend are killed by Christopher Lee and the Chinese Tong. Veteran actor Mako turns in a fine performance as Norris' mentor. Professor Toru Tanaka plays Christopher Lee's main henchman in the movie. Tanaka has been a professional boxer, professional wrestler, college football player, and owner of several martial arts schools. When wrestling got to be too hard on his body, he became an actor and appeared in "Missing in Action 2", "Pee Wee's Big Adventure", "Volunteers" with Tom Hanks and John Candy, "Black Rain", and "Last Action Hero", among other films.

This film should not be confused with Sally Field's "Eye for an Eye". There are no roundhouse kicks in that one.

Answer: The Octagon

The crime ring is actually led by his brother, played by Tadashi Yamashita. (The red-haired white guy and the Japanese guy are half-brothers.) Yamashita trains ninja assassins in "The Octagon", an octagonal ring. Norris gets interested in the group after they kill his girlfriend. The fight scene between Chuck and Yamashita has been ranked by Fighting Stars Magazine as the 13th greatest fight scene of all time. Some believe "The Octagon" was the film that spawned all the ninja movies of the 1980s.

Scientists used to believe that the diamond was the hardest substance on Earth. That was before they met Chuck Norris.

Answer: Truck driver

Norris plays a long haul trucker and arm-wrestling champion who arrives in Texas City looking for his brother, Billy, who disappeared on his first trucking run. Billy is caught in a speed trap--the sheriff set up in a spot he knew would catch a lot of people speeding. Texas City is run by a corrupt judge, who, along with the sheriff, runs an illegal liquor operation and fleeces tourists who pass through town. Most of the citizens in town are in on the illegal activities. In addition to roundhouse kicks, the movie features 18-wheelers destroying the town's buildings.

George Murdock plays the judge. Terry O'Connor plays the local waitress, "bean store dolly", that Chuck hooks up with shortly after arriving in town.

Did you know aliens do exist? Apparently they are waiting for Chuck Norris to die before they attack Earth.

Answer: A Force of One

"He hears the silence. He sees the darkness. He's the only one who can stop the killing."...quite the tagline. They omitted that he can roundhouse kick over a barn and he never loses a fight.

As it turns out, a member of the police department is behind all the killings. The movie is based on a story by Ernest Tidyman, who wrote "Shaft" and "The French Connection". Jennifer O'Neill also stars and Chuck's own son, Mike, appears in the film as a pizza delivery boy on a skateboard.

If you watch enough Chuck Norris movies you will realize two things: 1. Chuck Norris is a man of few words. 2. Chuck Norris is not a man of a few roundhouse kicks to the face.

Answer: Good Guys Wear Black

Soon-Tek Oh is the enemy who wants to kill every member of the Black Tigers before his agent, James Franciscus, is installed as Secretary of State. Franciscus was responsible for the failure of a Black Tigers raid during the Vietnam War.

Oh was raised in Korea. He has appeared in numerous movies, including "The Man With the Golden Gun", "The Final Countdown", "Beverly Hills Ninja", and "Blood Sport" as well as providing voice acting for "Mulan". He founded the Korean American theater group Lodestone Theater Ensemble.

Answer: The Delta Force

"The Delta Force" is full of big name actors and actresses. Robert Vaughn is the General in charge of the Delta Force. Joey Bishop, Shelley Winters, George Kennedy, Martin Balsam, Lainie Kazan and Susan Strasberg are passengers on the plane. Bo Svenson is the irascible pilot. After most of the terrorists are disposed of, Chuck makes his escape by driving a machine gun-equipped motorcycle through the military forces at the airport and catching up to the plane as it makes a high speed taxi for take-off.

The Great Wall of China is the only manmade object that can be seen from outer space. In truth, it was built to keep Chuck Norris out of China. It failed.

Reno is the San Diego Police Department K-9 corps dog. His partner was killed by Neo-Nazis as the two were investigating arms shipments at the harbor. Chuck's superior pairs him with the dog to track down the white supremacists, because he believes the dog can recognize them.

Reno, an unknown breed of dog, is played by Betty, an unknown breed of dog. Betty also played Ruff in the 1993 movie "Dennis the Menace." Reno and Ruff are male. Betty is a female. This is not the first time a dog has played the opposite sex. Lassie, the fictional collie, was played by a male dog at different times.

Did you know Chuck Norris' calendar goes straight from March 31st to April 2nd? Nobody fools Chuck Norris.

Answer: Hero and the Terror

Jack O'Halloran plays Simon Moon, nicknamed "The Terror" by the press. O'Halloran can also be seen in "Superman" and "Superman II" where he plays Non, the Kryptonian criminal. In "Dragnet" he was the henchman with the great name, Emil Muzz.

O'Halloran makes an imposing villain. He is 6'6" tall and is a former professional heavyweight boxer. He won his first 16 professional fights and retired in 1974 with 34 victories (17 by knockout.)

When Chuck Norris sends in his taxes, he sends blank forms and includes only a picture of himself, crouched and ready to attack. Chuck Norris has not had to pay taxes...ever.
