Jasper/Robert was born in the Acocks Green area of Birmingham on 14 March 1945. He went to school at Moseley Grammar School, where he became friends with Bev Bevan who went on to play the drums in ELO.
2. Jasper has been a lifelong fan of Birmingham City and once managed to sneak into the team's official photograph.

Answer: True

In one of Jasper's monologues, he commented that he was so disappointed with the way Birmingham started a season that he went to the ground and nailed his season ticket to a door. Having got home, he changed his mind and went to retrieve it only to find that somebody had stolen the nail! (Jasper told it better).

Answer: 20th

Billy Connolly was number 1, Peter Kay number 2 and Eddie Izzard number 3. I still think that Jasper should have at least made the top 10.

Answer: Funky Moped

In 1975, "Funky Moped" and "Magic Roundabout" reached number 5 in the UK singles charts as a double A sided single. (Rod Stewart was number 1 with "Sailing"). Jasper even appeared on "Top of the Pops"!

Celador was founded in 1983 and "Millionaire" has been sold to over 70 countries. The production company name comes from "Cellar Door". Jasper sold his interest in the company when Celador International was bought by 2waytraffic in 2006.
8. Finish the name of the monologue: "The Nutter on the ____."

Answer: Bus

According to Jasper, the rest of the bus will relax once the nutter has sat next to you announcing "Has anyone seen my camel?" or "I've got an atom bomb here!" whilst brandishing a corned beef tin.
9. What did Jasper NOT use to try and get rid of the mole in his garden?

Answer: A pitchfork

Don't go mole hunting using a twelve-bore shotgun if you have never used one before. You're likely to attract the attention of local law enforcement. You won't get rid of the mole either!
10. Jasper has hosted an event around Christmas since 2005 - "____ with laughter". What word completes this title?

Answer: Rock

Who said variety was dead? Hosted by Jasper, a great evening of music and comedy raising money for charity has been held each year at Birmingham's NEC Arena.
