Blake Shelton arrived in Nashville in 1993 at the age of 17. He was not signed by a record company until 1998, and did not release "Austin" until 2001. The couple married on April 30, 2008 and welcomed fraternal twins, Monroe and Morrocan, into their family on April 30, 2011.

Scotty McCreery took the Country music world by storm. After winning the tenth season of "American Idol" on May 25, 2011, his debut album went Platinum and was Number One on both the Billboard Country and the Hot 100 charts. His first two singles were certified Gold.

His Christmas album released in 2012 was certified Gold. He was named the American Country Awards New Artist of the Year in 2011, the Academy of Country Music Awards Best New Artist in 2012, and the CMT Music Awards USA Breakthrough Video of the Year in 2012.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met while filming "Mr. & Mrs. Smith". Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston at the time. Jolie has maintained nothing really happened during the filming, but speculation has been rampant to the contrary. Aniston and Pitt divorced shortly thereafter.

Jolie won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for "Girl, Interrupted" (1999). She has also starred in the Lara Croft movies and "Changeling" (2008), for which she was nominated for the Oscar for Best Actress, among many other films.

Betty White started out on radio and has been a fixture on TV since 1949. In 1973, she joined the cast of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show", a role that won her two Emmys. In the mid-80s she took on the role of Rose Nylund on "The Golden Girls". This role netted her another Emmy. She was married to game show host Allen Ludden for 18 years, until his death in 1981. Over the years she has appeared on numerous game shows.

After her role in the movie "The Proposal" (2009) and her Snickers commercial with Abe Vigoda during the Super Bowl in 2010, a grassroots Facebook campaign was started to get her on "Saturday Night Live". The campaign succeeded and she hosted on May 8, 2010. She won her seventh Emmy for hosting "SNL". She also began appearing on "Hot In Cleveland" along with Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick in 2010.

Kelly Clarkson was the first winner of "American Idol" in 2002. Her debut album went double Platinum in the US and Platinum in Canada. Her second album went 6x Platinum in the US and multiple Platinum in seven other countries. This album produced four Top Ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100.

That year the sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" first aired with Smith in the title role. The show was an instant success. Smith parlayed that success into a big screen career that has already seen his movies earn $5.7 billion. Some of his movies include "Independence Day" (1996), the "Men in Black" series (starting in 1998), the critically acclaimed "Six Degrees of Separation" (1993), and "The Pursuit of Happyness" (2006). His 2001 movie "Ali" saw Smith nominated for the Oscar for Best Actor.

Smith married Jada Pinkett Smith in 1997, and they have two children together, Jaden Christopher Syre and Willow Camille Reign. Smith's son co-starred with him in "The Pursuit of Happyness".

Answer: Fred Astaire

Fred Astaire, along with his partner Ginger Rogers, formed a singing and dancing duo the likes the silver screen had never seen. An accomplished stage actor, Astaire was given a chance despite the misgivings about him and his first film with Joan Crawford, "Dancing Lady" was a success.

In his next film he was paired with Rogers, each receiving fourth and fifth billing respectively. The movie was a hit and their onscreen charisma showed through clearly. The rest is history, as they say.

Carrie Underwood won season fourth season of "American Idol" on May 5, 2005. She has since been a force in Country music and a huge crossover success on the Pop charts. Of her first twelve Number Ones on the US Billboard Country chart, all twelve have been at least top forty hits on the Hot 100, ten of them have been top twenty and two of those have been top ten.
