This is my second 'Royal Rumble' quiz. This has always been one of my favorite Pay Per Views of the year. It is one of the more important events too since it is the first stop on the road to 'Wrestlemania'. Good luck.

1. Hulk Hogan participated in the 1989 "Royal Rumble". He didn't win but he eliminated a few other wrestlers. Which tag team did he eliminate simultaneously?

Answer: The Brain Busters

Hogan eliminated both men with a double clothesline to the outside of the ring. Big John Studd would go on to win the match. He eliminated Ted Dibiase to win the match.

2. Who eliminated Bret Hart at the 1990 "Royal Rumble"?

Answer: Dusty Rhodes

This was a little difficult to answer in my opinion. Mainly because when I watched this event live, I didn't see when Bret got eliminated. Watching it again, you can see after Andre the Giant gets eliminated, Bret gets elbowed out of the ring by Dusty Rhodes.

Answer: Ted Dibiase

Ted Dibiase drew the first number and lasted close to forty minutes. He eliminate Marty Jannetty and Koko B. Ware. Ted Dibiase was eliminated by the Ultimate Warrior.

4. Rick Martel lasted the longest at the 1991 "Royal Rumble".

Answer: True

Rick Martel held the record that year lasting over fifty minutes. He was eliminated by The British Bulldog. The record for the shortest time went to Bushwacker Luke, who lasted close to five seconds.

5. Who eliminated Ric Flair at the 1992 "Royal Rumble"?

Answer: He won at this event

This was the first "Royal Rumble" that the winner would become the champion. Sid eliminated Hogan. Hogan was upset and was pulling Sid's arm to eliminate him. Ric Flair came up from behind and tossed Sid outside. Ric Flair kept the belt until that year's "Wrestlemania", where he lost it to Macho Man.

Answer: Bob Backlund

Bret Hart didn't participate in the "Rumble" that year. Ric Flair drew the first spot but was eliminated half way through the match. Yokozuna won that event and eliminated Backlund.

7. The Smoking Gunns participated in the 1994 "Royal Rumble". Both were eliminated by the same guy. Who eliminated them?

Answer: Diesel

Diesel eliminated them at different times. He first eliminated Bart Gunn. After eliminating three more people, he eliminated Billy Gunn. Bill Gunn didn't even last a minute in the match before getting eliminated.

8. Which one of these wrestlers did NOT wrestle at the 1996 "Royal Rumble"?

Answer: Terry Funk

"Royal Rumble" events usually have guest participants in the match. Doug Gilbert was in the match but was eliminated by Vader. Omari from Japan was in the match but lasted a few minutes only. Dory Funk was in the match and was eliminated by Savio Vega. According to Vince McMahon's commentary, Terry Funk was asked to be in the match but did not due to scheduling conflicts.

9. Who was the first person to enter as number one and win the "Royal Rumble"?

Answer: Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels drew the first number at the 1995 edition of the "Royal Rumble". Ric Flair was the first person to draw a number from one to five and win. He drew number three and won at the 1992 event.

10. Think of every "Royal Rumble" event from 1989 to 2006. How many people drew the last number and won the event?

Answer: 0

The announcers always hype the last number as if it's a lucky number. Well during these years, no one has drew the last number and won. More people drew the first number and lasted until the very end. So there's my quiz. I hope you enjoyed it and did perfect on it.
