Answer: Sixteen

Slade only appeared in sixteen himself, but he did appear as a vision in "Haunted," a robot in "Things Change," and in flashbacks in "X" and "Hide and Seek."
2. Which of Slade's children did not make an appearance in the series or tie-in comic?

Answer: Grant

His son Grant was the first person to take up the mantle of the Ravager in the main DC continuity.

His son Jericho appears in the episodes "Calling All Titans" and "Titans Together," although his relation to Slade is never brought up, his daughter Rose appears in issue 49 "Legacy," and Slade doesn't even have a fourth child, let alone one named Timothy.
