As we learn from the letters Harry receives from Hogwarts, the Dursleys' home address is: 4, Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey. Although Harry spent his early childhood sleeping in a cupboard under the stairs, the bedroom he occupied when returning from school - which used to be Dudley's second bedroom - is situated upstairs. That's why, when Ron, Fred and George come to rescue Harry in "Chamber of Secrets", the twins have to go downstairs to get Harry's trunk, at which point Harry warns them of the creaking bottom step.

Marjorie Dursley is Vernon Dursley's sister. Harry, though not nephew to Marge, was forced to call her "Aunt Marge" his whole life and hated her. Petunia has never treated Harry right and always shows favoritism to Dudley.

Dobby the house-elf turns up in Harry's room, so the night does not go well at all. After Dobby crashes the dessert to the floor, an owl swoops through the window and drops a letter on Mr. Mason's head. Mrs. Mason is terrified of birds, so they leave the house in a hurry. Vernon probably never got the drill order he was hoping for.
