That was a tricky one. When Sirius Black broke out of Azkaban, everybody thought that he was the first one to ever escape from there. But in "The Goblet of Fire", we learn that Barty Crouch, Jr. escaped way before Sirius Black did it in book three, "The Prisoner of Azkaban".

In "The Deathly Hallows", Crabbe accidentally destroyed the diadem with the fiendfyre that killed himself instead of Hermione, who he had meant to kill. Neville killed Nagini, also in "The Deathly Hallows", and Dumbledore destroyed the ring, which was also the resurrection stone, in "The Half Blood Prince".

Surprisingly, none of the characters can turn into a snake, although Voldemort does look like one. Rita Skeeter can turn herself into a beetle as we find out in "Goblet of Fire", and we also find out in "The Prisoner of Azkaban" that Ron's rat, Scabbers, is really Peter Pettigrew. Meanwhile Professor McGonagall, although she doesn't use this power much, can turn into a tabby cat as we find out in "The Sorcerer's Stone".

Waddiwasi was used by Remus Lupin on Peeves to stop Peeves from disrupting a Defense Against the Dark Arts class in "Prisoner of Azkaban". Alohomora unlocks a door, Tarantallegra forces the victim to dance, and Rictumsempra tickles the victim.

Answer: Aberforth Dumbledore

Colin Creevey and Tonks died during the final battle in the last book. Igor Karkaroff, who did not rejoin the Death Eaters when Voldemort came back to power, was killed by the Death Eaters soon after that. Aberforth, as far as we know, survived until the end.

It was Voldemort who jinxed the Defense Against the Dark Arts job, not Snape. We learn this in "The Half-Blood Price" while Harry and Dumbledore are in the pensieve.
