Harry was treated for the effects of dementors several times throughout the book, although not specifically mentioned each time. Malfoy spent an excessive amount of time in the Hospital Wing after getting attacked by Buckbeak. Hermione did not have to go to the hospital wing for boils until Book 4 when she opened the letter containing the bubotuber pus.

Lee was smart enough to wait and see if the twins would actually suceed in putting their names in the Goblet of Fire before he crossed the Age Line too. Connolly was a beater for the Irish National Quidditch Team (Quigley was the other). Aidan Lynch was the seeker, and Barry Ryan was the keeper. The Bulgarian team at the Quidditch World Cup consisted of Dimitrov, Ivanova and Levski as chasers, Volkov and Volchanov as beaters, Zograf as keeper, and Viktor Krum as seeker.

The final score of the Quidditch World Cup was a win by Ireland, 170 to 160, with Viktor Krum catching the Snitch.

Karkaroff was imprisoned for a time in Akzaban for Death Eater activities, but was later freed after betraying the names of other Death Eaters. Arnold Peasegood works for the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad. Bode and Croaker were mentioned by Mr. Weasley at the Quidditch World Cup as being Unspeakables, meaning they worked in the Department of Mysteries. Augustus Rookwood was a spy for Voldemort within the Department of Mysteries.
