Master Yoshi became Splinter the rat, when he took the turtles out of the goo and was affected by the mutagen, turning him into a rat. The turtles then called him Splinter.

2. Which friend of the turtles works for the Channel Six News?

She is the first human the turtles became friends with. In the first episode they saved her from being "beat up".

3. In the episode "The Four Musketurtles", Leonardo gets hit in the head and wakes thinking he is who of the following?

Answer: D'artagnan

While Leonardo thinks he is D'artagnan, he thinks the others are also characters from "The Three Musketeers".
