I love eggs and you could just add a little butter, salt and pepper and stir them up to make scrambled eggs. Over easy means the yellow yolk is a little soft but still cooked. Over medium means a little more cooked. We always made deviled eggs with our hard boiled eggs at Easter time. First we would find the colored eggs, which were hard boiled, then we would take the shells off, cut them in half and mix mayonnaise with the egg yolk to make deviled eggs. So good with a little paprika on them too. Okay, tell me the truth, do you really like eggs?
