No cats were harmed in the writing of this question.

Schrödinger's Cat, as it is known, is a thought experiment which involves placing a cat in a box with a flask of poison and a Geiger counter. The box is then sealed to protect it from quantum decoherence. If the Geiger counter inside registers radiation, the flask of poison is broken and the cat dies.

The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics says that after some time, the cat inside the box is simultaneously alive AND dead. Yet, when the lid is opened and we see the cat, it is either alive OR dead, and not a combination of both.

"Blinx: The Time Sweeper" is a platform game for the XBox, created by Artoon. Blinx controls the Time Sweeper, or as it is known in-game, the TS-1000. Blinx can use this device to rewind time, fast forward time, pause time, slow down time, and even record time.

The record function allows Blinx to record himself doing something, and then replaying it with the ghost of himself. This is useful when an objective requires two players to complete.
