Mary Flora Bell was born in the United Kingdom on May 26, 1957. In 1968, in a suburb of Newcastle upon Tyne, Mary strangled two younger boys named Martin Brown and Brian Howe. They were four and three years of age, respectively. In December of that same year, she was convicted of manslaughter and sent to prison. She was released in 1980.

When Daisy crashes her car, her son forces her to hire a Black chauffeur named Hoke Coburn. The rest of the story shows the development of the relationship formed between the two. Jessica Tandy and Morgan Freeman are remarkable in the roles.

The show aired from 1955 to 1961, and featured the Marshal maintaining law and order in Kansas and, later, Arizona. In 1994, in the film "Wyatt Earp", Kevin Costner portrayed a younger Earp who becomes sheriff in Dodge City and Tombstone.

Man o' War was a thoroughbred racehorse who won twenty of twenty one races during his career, between 1920 and 1921. He won the Preakness and Belmont Stakes, but was never entered in the Kentucky Derby. Man o' War went on to sire War Admiral, the great Triple Crown Winner and Horse of the Year in 1937.
